Claims (22)
- 보드 면의 적어도 한쪽에- 수화가능한 황산칼슘을 제거한 미네랄 충전제; 및- 유기 또는 미네랄 접합제를 포함하는 코팅 조성물로 그 외부 표면이 코팅된 유리 섬유 매트로 구성되는 외장재가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터에 기초한 코어를 갖는 플라스터보드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,미네랄 충전제가 수화된 알루미나, 탄산칼슘, 흰색 고령토, 점토 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,점토가 소수성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,미네랄 충전제가 수화된 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,미네랄 충전제가 수화된 알루미나/점토의 질량비가 30/70 내지 70/30인 수화된 알루미나와 점토의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,미네랄 충전제가 수화된 알루미나/고령토의 질량비가 30/70 내지 70/30인 수화된 알루미나와 고령토의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 접합제가 비닐 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,유기 접합제가 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 수지(EVA)인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미네랄 접합제가 규산나트륨 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,코팅 조성물이 방수제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,방수제가 플루오르화탄소 및 실리콘 오일로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,매트가- 90 내지 98%의 수화된 알루미나;- 1 내지 9%의 비닐 수지, 바람직하게는 EVA; 및- 0.1 내지 1%의 플루오르화탄소 또는 실리콘 오일을 포함하는 혼합물을 희석시킴으로써 제조되는 코팅 조성물로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,코팅 조성물이 유리 매트의 두께의 30 내지 70% 까지 침투하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,플라스터보드의 코팅이 200 내지 300 g/m2의 그래머지를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,향상된 내화성을 갖는 플라스터보드.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,매트의 적어도 한 면이 소수성 및/또는 방수제 코팅을 더 갖는 플라스터보드.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,코팅이 그곳으로부터 돌출되는 매트의 섬유가 없고, 코팅의 표면이 연화되고 /되거나 변형된 코브(Cobb) 검사를 사용하여 측정되는 표면 흡착이 2.4g이하, 바람직하게는 0.5g이하, 및/또는 포틀랜드산 시멘트와 본드를 형성할 능력이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스터보드.
- - 수화가능한 황산칼슘을 제거한 미네랄 충전제;- 유기 또는 미네랄 접합제; 및- 방수제를 포함하는 코팅 조성물로 코팅되는 유리 섬유 매트.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,제 2 항 내지 제 9 항 및 제 11 항 내지 제 14 항의 특성을 갖는 유리 섬유 매트.
- - 조성물의 다양한 성분과 물을 혼합기에서 혼합함으로써 플라스터 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;- 제조된 슬러리를 적어도 하나의 코팅된 유리 매트, 이 매트의 코팅되지 않은 면에 대해 침적하는 단계에 이어 제 2 강화 물질, 바람직하게는 제 2 코팅된 유리 매트를 사용하여 슬러리의 상부 표면을 만들고 커버링하는 단계;- 적절하다면, 외형 밴드에 새로운 보드를 주조함으로써 이전에 얻은 보드의 가장자리를 만드는 단계,(이 공정은 특히 보드의 말단을 페더링(feathering)하는 것으로 구성된다);- 수화가능한 황산 칼슘 보드의 긴조각이 컨베이어 벨트를 따라 움직이는 동안 제조 라인에 수화가능한 황산칼슘을 수력으로 세팅하는 단계;- 라인의 말단에 있는 긴조각을 미리 정한 길이로 절단하는 단계; 및- 얻어진 보드를 건조하는 단계를 반드시 포함하여 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플라스터보드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 플라스터보드를 포함하는 에라울릭(Aeraulic) 덕트.
- 연기 통기 덕트 또는 환기 덕트인 제 20 항에 따른 덕트.
