Claims (19)
- 화학식 I의 벤조일피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 염.<화학식 I>식 중,X는 할로겐 원자, 니트로기, 치환가능한 알콕시기, 치환가능한 아릴옥시기, 치환가능한 시클로알콕시기, 히드록실기, 치환가능한 탄화수소기, 치환가능한 알킬티오기, 시아노기, 에스테르화 또는 아미드화될 수 있는 카르복실기, 또는 치환가능한 아미노기이고; n은 1, 2, 3 또는 4이고; R1은 치환가능한 알킬기이고; R2는 치환가능한 알킬기, 치환가능한 알콕시기, 치환가능한 아릴옥시기, 치환가능한 시클로알콕시기 또는 히드록실기이며; m은 1, 2, 3 또는 4인데, 단 m이 2 이상일 때, R2는 산소 원자를 포함하여 축합 고리를 형성할 수 있다(피리딘 고리가 2-위치에서 벤조일기에 의해 치환되고; 피리딘 고리가 3-위치에서 알콕시기, 히드록실기 또는 벤질옥시기로 치환되며; n이 1이고, m이 1 또는 2인 경우는 제외함).

- 제1항에 있어서, m이 2, 3 또는 4인 벤조일피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 알킬기이고, R2가 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 히드록실기인 벤조일피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 I'의 벤조일피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 염.<화학식 I'>식 중,X, n 및 R1은 제1항에 기재된 바와 같고, R2'는 치환가능한 알킬기, 치환가능한 알콕시기, 치환가능한 아릴옥시기, 치환가능한 시클로알콕시기 또는 히드록실기이고, p는 1, 2 또는 3이며, R2"는 치환가능한 알콕시기 또는 히드록실기인데, 단 2개 이상의 R2'및 R2"가 산소 원자를 포함하여 축합 고리를 형성할 수 있다(피리딘고리가 2-위치에서 벤조일기에 의해 치환되고; 피리딘 고리가 3-위치에서 알콕시기, 히드록실기 또는 벤질옥시기로 치환되며; n은 1이고, p는 1인 경우는 제외함).

- 제8항에 있어서, 화학식 I""'의 벤조일피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 염.<화학식 I""'>식 중,A가 -N=일 때 B는 -CX4=이고; A가 -CH=일 때 B는 -N=이고; 서로 독립적인 각각의 X1및 X2는 할로겐 원자, 알콕시기, 알킬기, CF3기 또는 알킬티오기이고; X3은 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 알콕시기, 알킬기, CF3기 또는 알킬티오기이고; X4는 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 알콕시기, 알킬기, CF3기 또는 알킬티오기이고; R1은 알킬기이고; R2'는 알콕시기이고; p는 1, 2 또는 3이며; 각각의 R2"및 R2"'는 알콕시기이다.
- 제1항에 정의된 화학식 I의 벤조일피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 염을 활성 성분으로서 포함하는 살진균제.
- 제5항에 정의된 화학식 I'의 벤조일피리딘 유도체 또는 그의 염을 활성 성분으로서 포함하는 살진균제.
