Claims (1)
- 플럭스와 쉬드로 구성되는 아연도금 강판 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어에 있어서, 플럭스로 충진되는 쉬드(sheath, 외피)의 중량을 와이어 전체 중량의 80∼90로, 플럭스의 양을 10∼20로 하여 구성되며, 이때 플럭스는 와이어 전체 중량에 대하여 슬래그 생성제 2∼15와, 규소 산화물 1.0∼10와, 금속 티타늄 또는 금속 마그네슘과 그 합금 혼합물 중에서 금속 티타늄을 포함한 적어도 두 가지 이상으로 이루어진 성분 0.4∼3와, 나트륨 불화물과 칼륨 불화물 중 하나의 불화물 0.1∼1와, 철분·탈산제·아크 안정제를 잔량으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 내피트 및 내블로우 홀 성능이 우수한 아연도금 강판 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.
