Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치에 관한 것으로, 브레이크폐달에 가해지는 전압값(A)을 감지하는 브레이크센서(10)와, 상기 브레이크센서(10)에 감지된 전압값(A)과 기준전압값(B)을 비교판단하는 제어부(20)와, 상기 제어부(20)에 의해 점등되는 비상등(30)으로 구성되어, 차량을 운행중 급감속시에 차량의 후방에서 주행중인 차량을 운행하는 운전자에게 비상등(30)을 작동시켜 감속정도를 알려줌으로서, 추돌 및 충돌사고가 발생하는 것을 억제하며, 교통의 흐름을 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 것이다.

Description

자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치
본 발명은 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱더 상세하게는 차량을 운행중 급정차시 비상등이 자동으로 점등되어 충돌 및 추돌사고가 발생하는 것을 미연에 방지하도록 하는 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 전면과 후면 좌우 양측에는 차량이 차선변경시 후방에서 주행중인 차량에게 알리도록 하는 방향지시등과, 정차 및 후진시에 충돌사고를 예방하도록 하는 비상등과 브레이크등 및 후진등 등의 의사전달램프들이 설치되어 있다.
그러나 종래에는 차량을 운행하는 운전자가 브레이크를 작동시 브레이크등이 점등되는 것에 의해서만 감속의 유무를 알려 줌으로서, 차량을 운행하는 운전자가 급정거를 수행하는 경우 후방에서 차량을 운행하는 운전자가 앞차의 감속정도를 제대로 파악하지 못하여 충돌 및 추돌사고가 발생하게 되고, 앞에서 주행중인 차량이 주행속도를 감속하기위해 운전자가 브레이크폐달을 작동시키는 것에 의해 점등된 후진등을 보고 후방에서 주행중인 운전자가 급제동시에는 차량에 무리가 가해지게 되고, 불필요한 연료를 낭비하게 되어 차량의 연비가 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명의 목적은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 운행중인 차량을 일정이상감속시 제어부가 비상등을 점등시켜, 차량의 후방에서 운행중인 차량의 운전자에게 앞차의 속도감속 정도를 판단하는 것이 용이하게 이루어지도록 함으로서, 충돌 및 추돌사고가 발생하는 것을 예방하도록 하는 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치를 제공하는 데 있다.

이하 첨부된 도면에 의하여 본 발명의 그 기술적 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치는 도 1 및 도 2에 도시하고 있는 바와같이, 브레이크폐달에 가해지는 전압값(A)을 감지하는 브레이크센서(10)와, 상기 브레이크센서(10)에 감지된 전압값(A)과 기준전압값(B)을 비교판단하는 제어부(20)와, 상기 제어부(20)에 의해 점등되는 비상등(30)으로 구성됨을 그 기술적 구성상의 기본 특징으로 한다.
이와같이 구성되는 본 발명은 차량을 운행하는 운전자가 감속 및 정차하기위해 브레이크폐달을 압착시 상기 브레이크폐달에 가해지는 전압값(A)을 브레이크센서(10)에서 감지하여 제어부(20)로 전송되고, 상기 제어부(20)는 입력된 전압값(A)과 기준전압값(B)을 비교판단하며, 상기 입력된 전압값(A)이 큰 경우, 비상등(30)을 점등시켜 차량의 후방에서 주행중인 차량을 운행하는 운전자에게 급정차중임을 알려주게 된다.
따라서 이러한 본 발명은 차량을 운행중 급감속시에 차량의 후방에서 주행중인 차량을 운행하는 운전자에게 비상등(30)을 작동시켜 감속정도를 알려줌으로서, 추돌 및 충돌사고가 발생하는 것을 억제하며, 교통의 흐름이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 효과가 있다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명은 운행중인 차량을 일정이상감속시 제어부가 비상등을 점등시켜, 차량의 후방에서 운행중인 차량의 운전자에게 앞차의 속도 감속 정도를 판단하는 것이 용이하게 이루어지도록 함으로서, 충돌 및 추돌사고가 발생하는 것을 예방하도록 하는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

  1. 브레이크폐달에 가해지는 전압값(A)을 감지하는 브레이크센서(10)와, 상기 브레이크센서(10)에 감지된 전압값(A)과 기준전압값(B)을 비교판단하는 제어부(20)와, 상기 제어부(20)에 의해 점등되는 비상등(30)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치.
