Abstract

본 고안은 주행상태 표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 차량의 변속기 출력축 회전속도를 검출하여 소정시간 간격내의 엔진 속도변화를 연산하고, 이 속도변화량에 대응하여 차량의 가속, 등속, 감속, 정지상태를 각각 표시하는 표시램프장치를 차량 후미에 설치한 것이다. 본 고안에 의하면 뒷차의 운전자에게 앞차의 속도변화를 즉각 알려줄 수 있게 되고, 특히 내리막길에서 브레이크 작동중일 때도 가속상태의 확인이 가능하고, 오르막길에서 브레이크 작동을 하지 않더라도 차량의 감속상태를 표시할 수 있게 되는 동시에 야간 운전시 브레이크등 및 미등의 보조역할을 할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Description

주행상태 표시장치
본 고안은 주행상태 표시장치에 관한 것이며, 특히 자기차의 속도변화를 차량 후미에 설치된 4개의 표시램프에 의해 표시하게 하여 뒷차량이 앞차의 주행상태 변화를 파악하여 미리 대처할 수 있게 한 주행상태 표시장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량 후미 양측에 설치된 브레이크 램프는 운전자가 브레이크 페달을 밟아 차량을 감속시키고자 할 때 점등되어 뒤따라오는 후미 차량의 운전자에게 앞차의 감속상태를 알려주어 안전거리를 확보하게 하는 기능을 수행한다.
그러나 이와같은 브레이크 램프는 급 브레이크 조작시 차량의 급감속 및 정지상태를 뒤차에게 명확하게 알려줄 수 없는 단점이 있어 안전거리 미확보에 의한 추돌사고등 안전운행에 지대한 문제점을 유발하고 있다.
따라서, 본 고안의 목적은 차량의 주행 속도 변화를 뒷차에게 알려줄 수 있는 표시장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
본 고안에 따르면, 차량의 변속기 출력축 회전속도를 검출하여 소정시간 간격내의 엔진 속도변화를 연산하고, 이 속도변화량에 따라 차량의 가속, 등속, 감속, 정지상태를 각각 표시하는 표시램프장치를 차량 후미에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 주행상태 표시장치가 제공된다.
본 고안의 양호한 실시예에 의하면, 상기 표시램프장치에서 가속, 등속, 감속, 정지상태는 각각 녹색, 청색, 적색, 황색 램프로 구성된다.

상기한 본 고안의 목적과 특징 및 장점을 이해하기 쉽도록 이하 첨부도면을 참고로 본 고안의 일 실시예에 대하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 고안에 따른 주행상태 표시장치의 전체 시스템이 도시되어 있다.
차량의 변속기 출력축에 설치된 통상의 회전속도 감지센서(S1)가 전자제어장치(10)의 입력단에 연결되고, 이 전자제어장치(10)의 출력단에 디코더(21)를 통해 표시램프장치(20)가 연결되어 있다.
표시램프장치(20)는 얇고 횡으로 길다한 하우징내에 4개의 램프가 횡으로 내장되어 구성되고, 바람직하게 차량의 후미 중간부에 부착된다. 4개 램프는 디코더를 통한 선택신호 입력에 따라 램프로 전원이 공급되어 점등된다.
상기 4개 램프는 왼쪽에서 부터 녹색, 청색, 적색, 황색 램프로 구성되고, 차량의 속도변화량에 따라 가속, 등속, 감속, 정지상태를 각각 표시한다.
위와 같은 구성의 주행상태 표시장치에서, 상기 전자제어장치(10)에서 수행하는 동작을 도 2의 플로우 차트를 참고하여 설명한다.
차량이 주행중일 때 전자제어장치(10)는 변속기 출력축 센서 S1로부터 차량의 회전속도신호를 검출하여 차량이 주행중임을 판단한다.
입력되는 속도신호로부터 2초전부터 1초간의 차속(A)을 계산하고, 이어서 1초전부터 1초간의 차속(B)을 계산한다. 차속 A와 차속 B의 크기를 비교하는 단계에서 AB 이면 가속표시램프를 구동하는 제어출력을 발생하고, A=B 이면 등속표시램프를 구동하는 제어출력을 발생한다. 또한 AB이면 감속 표시램프를 구동하는 출력신호를 발생하고 차속 A, B가 0으로 될 때 정지표시램프를 구동하는 제어출력을 발생한다.
이에 의해 차량 후미에 부착된 표시램프장치(20)에서 차속변화에 대응하여 4개의 표시램프가 각기 점등된다. 예를 들어 급브레이크 조작시 표시램프(20)의 적색등이 커지고 나서 곧 황색등이 커짐으로써 뒷차의 운전자는 앞차가 급브레이크 상태임을 즉각 파악할 수 있게 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안에 의하면, 차량의 속도 변화에 따라 4개의 표시램프를 통해 차량의 가속, 등속, 감속, 정지 상태를 표시하게 함으로써 뒷차의 운전자에게 앞차의 속도변화를 즉각 알려줄 수 있게 되고, 특히 내리막길에서 브레이크 작동중일 때도 가속상태의 확인이 가능하고, 오르막길에서 브레이크 작동을 하지 않더라도 차량의 감속상태를 표시할 수 있게 되는 동시에 야간 운전시 브레이크등 및 미등의 보조역할을 할 수 있는 특출한 효과가 있다.

  1. 차량의 변속기 출력축 회전속도를 검출하여 소정시간 간격내의 엔진 속도변화를 연산하고, 이 속도변화량에 대응하여 차량의 가속, 등속, 감속, 정지상태를 각각 표시하는 표시램프장치를 차량 후미에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 주행상태 표시장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표시램프장치에서 가속, 등속, 감속, 정지상태는 각각 녹색, 청색, 적색, 황색 램프로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주행상태 표시장치.
