상기 수조의 내부에서 상기 기판과 대면하도록 배치되어 상기 기판에 도금액을 분사하는 분사부와;
상기 수조의 내부에서 상기 기판과 대면하여 배치되고, 상기 수조에 기판 방향으로 이동 가능하게 결합된 양극부와;
상기 양극부를 상기 기판이 있는 방향으로 이동시켜 상기 양극부과 기판의 간격을 조절하는 구동부;를 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 분사부는,
외부로부터 도금액을 공급받는 파이프와; 상기 파이프에 결합되어 도금액을 상기 기판에 분사하는 노즐로 이루어지고,
상기 양극부는 다수개가 상호 이격되어 상기 파이프 사이에 배치되며,
다수개의 상기 양극부는 브라켓에 의해 상호 일체로 연결되고, 상기 구동부의 작동시 다수개의 상기 양극부는 상기 브라켓을 통해 함께 이동하며,
상기 수조의 내벽에는 상기 기판 방향으로 가이드레일이 돌출 형성되고,
상기 양극부는 상기 가이드레일을 따라 상기 기판 방향으로 이동 가능하게 장착되며,
