Claims (11)
- 바나듐/인 혼합 산화물 촉매의 제조 방법으로서, 유기 알코올 용매 중에서 +5 바나듐 화합물 및 무수 인산, 임의로 조촉매(promoter) 화합물도 포함하는 혼합물을 형성하는 단계, 혼합물을 3시간 미만 내에 환류로 가열하는 단계, 혼합물을 0.5∼24시간 동안 환류시키는 단계, 생성된 환류 혼합물을 증류에 의한 용매의 제거 없이 냉각시키는 단계, 냉각된 혼합물로부터 여과에 의해 화학식 (VO)HP04aH20MmPpOy(여기서, M은 원소 주기율표의 ⅠA, ⅠB, ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅢA, ⅢB, ⅣA, ⅣB, ⅤA, ⅤB, ⅥA, ⅥB 및 ⅧA 족 원소들 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 조촉매 원소이고, a는 0.3 이상의 수이고, m은 0∼ 0.3의 수이며, p는 0∼ 0.3의 수이며, y는 존재하는 모든 원소의 원자가 요건을 충족시키기 위해 필요한 산소의 양에 해당함)의 촉매 전구체 입자를 회수하는 단계, 및 회수된 입자를 촉매로 사용하기 위해 건조 및 하소시키는 단계를 포함하고, 여과 전 증류 단계를 제거함으로써 알코올 세척 단계가 생략되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 +5 바나듐 화합물은 V205인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 알코올 용매는 30 부피% 이하의 벤질 알코올과 함께 이소부탄올을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 알코올 용매는 15 부피% 이하의 벤질 알코올과 함께 이소부탄올을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 비스무트 조촉매를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 몰리브덴 조촉매를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 아연 조촉매를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 알칼리 금속 조촉매를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회수된 촉매 전구체 입자는 100∼180℃에서 1∼24시간 동안 건조시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조된 촉매 전구체는 200∼300℃에서 1∼15시간 동안 하소시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 전구체는, 촉매 전구체를 공기, 스팀, 비활성 기체, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 대기 중에서 300℃가 넘지 않는 온도로 가열하는 단계, 촉매 전구체를 상기 온도에서 유지하는 단계, 분자 산소, 스팀, 및 임의로 비활성 기체를 함유하는 대기를 제공하는 단계, 온도를 0.5℃/분∼15℃/분의 속도로 촉매 전구체로부터 수화수를 제거하기에 효과적인 값으로 증가시키는 단계, 온도를 350℃ 초과 550℃ 미만의 값으로 조정하는 단계, 및 조정된 온도를, +4.0∼+4.5의 바나듐 산화 상태를 제공하고 화학식 (VO)2P207M2mP2pOy(여기서, M, m, p 및 y는 제1항에 정의된 바와 같음)의 활성 촉매로의 변형을 완결시키기에 효과적인 시간 동안 1 부피% 이상의 산소를 포함하는 분자 산소/스팀 함유 대기 중에서 유지하는 단계에 의해, 활성화하는 것인 방법.
