Claims (20)
- 로듐 입자, 및 상기 로듐 입자를 담지하며 둘러싸고 그 성분이 50 몰% 이상의 Zr을 포함하는 산화물인 화합물 입자를 포함하는 클러스터, 및상기 클러스터 상에 형성되며 클러스터 주위를 둘러싸고, 상기 화합물 입자의 응집을 억제하는 주위(surrounding) 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 입자의 평균 입경이 5 내지 30 ㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로듐 입자의 평균 입경이 2 내지 10 ㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로듐 입자의 80% 이상이 상기 화합물 입자 상에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주위 산화물이 Al 또는 Ti 중 어느 하나를 50 몰% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 입자가 추가로 La를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 분말 중의 상기 화합물 입자 및 상기 주위 산화물의 포화 몰비를 수학식, 포화 용적비=(주위 산화물 용적[m3/g]×47)/(화합물 용적[m3/g]×53)으로 구해지는 포화 용적비에 의해 정의했을 때, 상기 포화 몰비가 1 이상인 경우에는 상기 주위 산화물과 상기 화합물의 몰비가 2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 분말 중의 상기 화합물 입자 및 상기 주위 산화물의 포화 몰비를 수학식, 포화 용적비=(주위 산화물 용적[m3/g]×47)/(화합물 용적[m3/g]×53)으로 구해지는 포화 용적비에 의해 정의했을 때, 상기 포화 몰비가 1 미만인 경우에는 상기 화합물 입자의 클러스터 표면적이 3.0 m2/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 입자가 추가로 La를 함유하고, La 함유량이 1 내지 5 몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 평균 입경 30 ㎚ 이하의 화합물 입자 상에 로듐 입자를 담지한 분말을 제조하고, 상기 분말을 파쇄 또는 분산시킨 후, 로듐 입자를 담지한 화합물 입자가 분산된 콜로이드를 형성시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항의 배기 가스 정화 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 평균 입경 30 ㎚ 이하의 화합물 입자를 포함하는 산화물 졸 용액 중에 로듐 또는 로듐 전구체를 분산시켜, 상기 화합물 입자 상에 로듐 입자를 담지시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항의 배기 가스 정화 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 입자에 로듐 입자를 담지시키기 위해 이용되는 로듐 용액이 카르복실산염 또는 암민 착체염 중 적어도 한쪽을 함유하는 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러스터가 200 ㎚ 이하의 직경을 갖고, 상기 로듐 입자가 2 내지 10 ㎚의 평균 입경을 가지며, 상기 화합물 입자가 5 내지 30 ㎚의 평균 1차 입경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 입자의 1차 입자가 로듐 입자의 주위를 둘러싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 10 내지 20 ㎚의 공경을 갖는 1차 세공이 로듐 입자의 주위에 형성되어 있고, 50 내지 100 ㎚의 공경을 갖는 2차 세공이 클러스터 간에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클러스터가 100 ㎚ 이하의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주위 산화물이 베마이트(boehmite)로부터 유래된 Al2O3를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주위 산화물이 알루미늄 이소프로폭시드로부터 유래된 Al2O3를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주위 산화물의 성분이 50 몰% 이상의 Al을 포함하는 산화물이고, Al을 포함하는 산화물이 베마이트로부터 유래된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주위 산화물이 La, Ce, Zr, Nd 또는 Y의 산화물을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 촉매.
