Claims (17)
- 캐패시터용 전극부재로서,알루미늄(1);상기 알루미늄(1)의 표면에 형성된 탄소 함유층(2);상기 알루미늄(1)과 상기 탄소 함유층(2) 사이에 형성되고, 알루미늄원소와 탄소원소를 포함하는 개재층(3)을 포함하고,상기 개재층(3)은 상기 알루미늄(1)의 표면의 적어도 일부 영역에 형성되고, 알루미늄 탄화물을 포함하는 제1 표면부분(3)을 포함하고,상기 탄소 함유층(2)은 상기 제1 표면부분(3)으로부터 외측을 향해서 연장하도록 형성된 제2 표면부분(21)을 포함하며,상기 탄소 함유층(2)은 탄소입자(22)를 더 포함하고,상기 제2 표면부분(21)은 상기 제1 표면부분(3)과 상기 탄소입자(22) 사이에 형성되고, 알루미늄 탄화물을 포함하는캐패시터용 전극부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소 함유층(2)은알루미늄입자(23);상기 알루미늄입자(23)의 표면의 적어도 일부 영역에 형성되고, 알루미늄 탄화물을 포함하는 알루미늄입자 표면부분(24); 및상기 알루미늄입자 표면부분(24)으로부터 상기 알루미늄입자(23)의 표면 외측을 향해서 연장하도록 형성되고, 알루미늄의 탄화물을 포함하는 알루미늄입자 외측부분(25)을 더 포함하는캐패시터용 전극부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소 함유층(2)은 알루미늄원소와 탄소원소를 포함하는 개재물을 내부에 포함하는캐패시터용 전극부재.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 개재물은 알루미늄원소와 탄소원소의 화합물인캐패시터용 전극부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소 함유층(2)은 알루미늄원소와 탄소원소의 화합물인캐패시터용 전극부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄소 함유층(2)은 상기 알루미늄의 표면으로부터 외측으로 연장하도록 형성되는캐패시터용 전극부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄(1)의 두께는 5㎛ 이상 1mm 이하인캐패시터용 전극부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캐패시터용 전극부재는 고체 전해콘덴서용 전극부재인캐패시터용 전극부재.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄(1)의 일측 표면에 형성된 상기 탄소 함유층(2)의 두께는 0.Ol㎛ 이상 5mm 이하인캐패시터용 전극부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캐패시터용 전극부재는 전기 이중층 캐패시터용 전극부재인캐패시터용 전극부재.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄(1)의 일측 표면에 형성된 상기 탄소 함유층(2)의 두께는 0.Ol㎛ 이상 10mm 이하인캐패시터용 전극부재.
- 전극부재를 구비한 캐패시터로서,상기 전극부재는 알루미늄(1), 상기 알루미늄(1)의 표면에 형성된 탄소 함유 층(2) 및 상기 알루미늄(1)과 상기 탄소 함유층(2) 사이에 형성되고, 알루미늄원소와 탄소원소를 포함하는 개재층(3)을 포함하고,상기 개재층(3)은 상기 알루미늄(1)의 표면의 적어도 일부 영역에 형성되고, 알루미늄 탄화물을 포함하는 제1 표면부분(3)을 포함하고,상기 탄소 함유층(2)은 상기 제1 표면부분(3)으로부터 외측을 향해서 연장하도록 형성된 제2 표면부분(21)을 포함하며,상기 탄소 함유층(2)은 탄소 입자(22)를 더 포함하며,상기 제2 표면부분(21)은 상기 제1 표면부분(3)과 상기 탄소입자(22) 사이에 형성되고, 알루미늄 탄화물을 포함하는캐패시터.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 캐패시터는 고체 전해콘덴서인캐패시터.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 캐패시터는 전기 이중층 캐패시터인캐패시터.
- 탄소함유물질을 알루미늄의 표면에 부착시키는 공정; 및상기 탄소함유물질이 표면에 부착된 상기 알루미늄을 탄화수소함유물질이 단독으로 충전된 밀폐 공간에 배치한 상태에서 가열하는 공정을 포함하는캐패시터용 전극부재의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 캐패시터용 전극부재는 고체 전해콘덴서용 전극부재인캐패시터용 전극부재의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 캐패시터용 전극부재는 전기 이중층 캐패시터용 전극부재인캐패시터용 전극부재의 제조 방법.
