Claims (18)
- 구리를 함유하는 근적외광 흡수 유리 재료로 이루어지는 근적외광 흡수 유리재의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 근적외광 흡수 유리재의 로트는 파장 546.07nm에서의 굴절률(ne)의 공차가 ±0.001 미만인 유리재로 구성되어 정밀 프레스 성형에 의해 렌즈를 양산하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외광 흡수 유리재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 굴절률(ne)의 공차는 상기 유리재를 유리 전이 온도로부터 30℃/hr 이하의 소정의 강온 속도로 25℃까지 냉각한 상태에서의 굴절률(ne)의 공차인 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외광 흡수 유리재의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리재가 불소 함유 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외광 흡수 유리재의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리재가 정밀 프레스 성형용 프리폼인 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외광 흡수 유리재의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리재가 유리판 또는 유리봉인 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외광 흡수 유리재의 제조 방법.
- 근적외광 흡수 유리재 로트를 사용하여 광학 소자를 양산하는 광학 소자의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 근적외광 흡수 유리재 로트는 구리를 함유하는 근적외광 흡수 유리 재료로 이루어지고, 파장 546.07nm에서의 굴절률(ne)의 공차가 ±0.001 미만인 유리재로 구성되는 단계; 및상기 근적외광 흡수 유리재 로트를 정밀 프레스 성형에 의해 렌즈를 양산하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 굴절률(ne)의 공차는 상기 유리재를 유리 전이 온도로부터 30℃/hr 이하의 소정의 강온 속도로 25℃까지 냉각한 상태에서의 굴절률(ne)의 공차인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 비구면 렌즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 근적외광 흡수 유리재 로트를 가열하여 정밀 프레스 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 정밀 프레스 성형에 의해 제작한 정밀 프레스 성형품을 기계 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 소자의 제조 방법.
