Claims (8)
- 하나의 압박롤러와 하나의 카운터롤러로 구성된 각 쌍의 롤러들이 서로 협동작용을 하면서, 절곡선을 따라 일정한 각도로 플랜지(32)를 절곡하는 두 쌍의 롤러(8, 10; 9, 11 또는 20, 22; 21, 23)들과,하나의 U자형 본체(2)와,상기 압박롤러(8, 9 oder 20, 21)들이 장착되어있고, U자형 본체(2)에 인접하여 이동할 수 있는 하나의 활주대(5)로구성하여, 로봇 팔에 장착하기 위한 롤링 절곡기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 한쪽 롤러 쌍(9, 11)의 제2카운터롤러(11)는 U자형 본체(2)에 고정되어 이동할 수 없게 되어있고, 다른 쪽 롤러 쌍(8, 10)의 제1카운터롤러(10)는 상기 U자형 본체(2)의 반대편에서 활주 이동할 수 있는 또 하나의 활주대(12)에 장착되어 회전하도록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤링 절곡기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양쪽 카운터롤러(10, 11)들은 활주 이동할 수 없는 상태에서 회전가능하게 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤링 절곡기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 양쪽 활주대(5, 12)들은 서로 직각으로 활주하도록 상기 U자형 본체(2)에 장치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤링 절곡기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,하나의 압박롤러(9)를 상이한 카운터롤러(11, 22, 23)에 부속(附屬)시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤링 절곡기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상이한 카운터롤러(11, 22, 23)들은 U자형 본체(2)와 연결된 터릿 헤드(24)와 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤링 절곡기.
- 한쪽의 플랜지를 이와 평행을 이루는 다른 플랜지를 넘어서 180°로 절곡하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 절곡공정은 4개 단계를 통하여 절곡이 이루어지며, 이때 적어도 최초단계에서 양쪽 플랜지들이 하나의 압박롤러와 하나의 카운터롤러에 의하여 서로 압착되고, 압박롤러의 원추형 부분이 부분절곡을 수행하고, 다음 단계들을 거쳐서 그때그때 적절하게 조정된 카운터롤러들에 의하여 나머지 부분절곡이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤링 절곡 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제1항의 롤링 절곡기에 장착되는 최소 3개의 상이한 롤러 쌍들을 이용하여, 플랜지를 4개 단계의 절곡 공정을 통하여 180°로 절곡하는 롤링 절곡 방법.
