Claims (5)
- 반응기 및 예비 반응기를 가진 중합장치에서 헤테로폴리 산(HPA)을 촉매로 사용하여 테트라히드로푸란(THF)으로부터 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜(PTMG)를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,반응기 및 예비 반응기로 테트라히드로푸란(THF) 및 재순환 헤테로폴리 산을 각각 투입하여 반응 혼합물을 생성한 후 예비 반응기의 반응 혼합물을 선택적으로 반응기의 반응 혼합물과 혼합하여 분리 상을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기에서 예비 반응기로 투입되는 THF 및 재순환 헤테로폴리 산의 양은 반응기로 투입되는 THF 및 재순환 헤테로폴리 산의 양보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 예비 반응기에서 생성된 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜의 수 평균 분자량은 반응기에서 생성된 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜의 수 평균 분자량보다 작은 것은 특징으로 하는 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 예비 반응기에서 생성된 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜 및 반응기에서 생성된 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜이 혼합되는 경우 분자량 분포 는 반응기에서 생성된 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜의 분자량 분포에 비하여 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 예비 반응기로 투입되는 테트라히드로푸란의 양에 대한 반응기로 투입되는 테트라히드로푸란의 양은 1 : 9 내지 3 : 7이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 예비 반응기로 투입되는 재순환 헤테로폴리 산 촉매의 양에 대한 반응기로 투입되는 재순환 헤테로폴리 산 촉매의 양은 1 : 9 내지 3 : 7이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜의 제조 방법.
