Claims (5)
- 노즐 형성면을 가지는 액체 분사 헤드로서, 노즐 형성면에는 액체 분사 노즐이 설치되어 있고 액체 분사 헤드는 상기 노즐 형성면과 대향하는 타겟 반송면을 따라서 반송되는 타겟을 향해서 액체 분사 노즐로부터 액체를 분사하는 것과,액체 수용 부재로서, 상기 액체 수용 부재의 일부에는 상기 노즐 형성면보다도 큰 개구부가 형성되어 있고, 개구부가 형성되어 있지 않은 액체 수용 부재의 부위는 플러싱 (flushing)시에 상기 액체 분사 노즐로부터 토출되는 액체를 수용하는 액체 수용부로서 기능하는 것과,상기 노즐 형성면과 상기 타겟 반송면의 사이에 위치하는 이동면을 따라서 상기 액체 수용 부재를 이동시키는 액체 수용 부재 이동 기구로서, 상기 액체 수용 부재 이동 기구는 인쇄시에는 상기 개구부가 상기 노즐 형성면에 대향해 위치하도록 액체 수용 부재를 이동시키고, 플러싱시에는 상기 액체 수용부가 상기 노즐 형성면에 대향해 위치하도록 액체 수용 부재를 이동시키는 것과,상기 노즐 형성면을 상기 타겟 반송면에 대해서 접근 및 이간시킬 수 있도록 상기 액체 분사 헤드를 이동시키는 액체 분사 헤드 이동 기구로서, 상기 액체 분사 헤드 이동 기구는 인쇄시에는 상기 노즐 형성면이 상기 타겟 반송면에 접근한 인쇄시 위치에 배치되도록 액체 분사 헤드를 이동시키고, 플러싱시에는 상기 노즐 형성면이 상기 타겟 반송면으로부터 이간한 플러싱시 위치에 배치되도록 액체 분사 헤드를 이동시키는 것과,캡 부재로서, 상기 액체분사헤드 이동기구는, 클리닝 시에는 상기 노즐 형성면이 상기 플러싱시 위치보다도 상기 타켓 반송면 으로부터 이간한 클리닝시 위치에 배치되도록 액체분사헤드를 이동시키고, 상기 캡 부재는, 상기 노즐 형성면이 상기 클리닝시 위치에 배치되었을 때에, 액체분사헤드의 노즐 형성면을 봉지하는 것을 구비하는 액체분사장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액체 분사 노즐은 상기 타겟의 반송 방향과 교차하는 방향을 따라서 상기 타겟의 액체 분사 영역의 전체 폭에 걸쳐 설치되어 있는 액체 분사 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 액체 분사 헤드 이동 기구는 상기 노즐 형성면이 상기 인쇄시 위치에 배치되도록 상기 액체 분사 헤드를 이동시킬 때에는 상기 액체 분사 헤드에 있어서의 노즐 형성면이 설치된 측의 단부를 상기 액체 수용 부재의 개구부 내에 삽통시키도록 상기 액체 분사 헤드를 이동시키고, 그것에 의해 상기 노즐 형성면을 상기 이동면보다 상기 타겟 반송면에 접근시키는 액체 분사 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 액체 수용 부재는 상기 타겟 반송면의 표리 양측을 둘러싸 주회하도록 설치된 무단상 벨트 (endless belt)인 액체 분사 장치.
