Claims (12)
- 여과될 유체가 유입되는 유입 채널(2)과,여과된 유체가 유출되는 유출 채널(3)과,양 단부(6, 7)들이 개방되어서 여과될 유체가 여과 부재 재킷을 통해 여과 부재 밖으로 스며들 수 있도록 흘러들어가는 다수의 평행한 여과 부재(5)와,여과 부재의 양 단부에서 여과 부재들의 각기 다른 단부에 교대로 연결되어서, 여과된 유체의 압력에 의해 발생하는 여과 부재의 역세척을 위한 배출 채널(16)을 형성하는 하나 이상의 세척 기관을 포함하는, 여과 장치에 있어서,상기 여과 부재(5) 각각은, 그 여과 부재의 단부에 연결된 세척 기관이 한 번에 여과 부재 길이의 일부에 대해서만 역세척을 행할 수 있도록, 양 단부(6, 7)들 사이에서 두 부분으로 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세척 기관은 여러 단계에서 여과 부재(5)의 양 단부(6, 7)에 연결될 수 있도록 배열되어 있어서, 여과 부재의 어느 한 부분(13, 14)이 세척될 때 여과 부재의 다른 여과 부재(14, 13)에서는 여과가 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 여과 부재(5)는 단단한 격벽(12)에 의해 두 부분으로 분할되는 것을 특 징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 여과 부재(5)의 내부는 양 단부(6, 7)들 사이에서 수축된 수축부(19)가 형성되고, 상기 수축부는 유체가 여과 부재 내의 세척될 부분을 관통하여 흘러서 세척을 하기 위한 좁은 유체 개구(20)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 유체 개구(20)는 유체가 여과 부재(5)내의 세척될 부분을 나선형을 그리며 관통하여 흐를 수 있도록 경사지거나 휘어진 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 세척 기관은 여과 부재(5)를 가로질러 배치된 관모양 세척 아암(15)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 세척 기관들이 상기 여과 부재(5)의 양 단부(6, 7)에서 서로 연결되어 축(4)을 회전시키는 하나의 부재를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 여과 부재(5)는 상기 축(4) 둘레에 하나 또는 다수개 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,축(4)에는 채널(16)이 제공되고, 상기 채널을 통해 상기 여과 부재(5)의 양 단부(6, 7)에 있는 세척 기관이 동일한 배출 조립체(18)와 연결 상태에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 세척 기관은 대기와 접촉하여 여과된 유체의 압력과 대기압 사이의 압력차에 의하여 세척 유체를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 여과 부재(5)는 여과 부재의 양 단부에 교대로 세척 흡인력을 연결하여 축 방향으로 충격과 유사한 방식으로 여과 부재를 이동시킬 수 있도록 느슨하게 제자리에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,여과 장치는, 자동차의 연료 또는 윤활유 여과기, 디젤 자동차의 윤활유 여과기인 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
