Claims (6)
- 기판과,복수의 신호선 및 복수의 주사선의 교차에 대응하여 설치된 복수의 동작 소자에 공통으로 전기 에너지를 공급하는 제 1 배선과,상기 제 1 배선과 상기 기판의 외부의 전기적 접속을 이루기 위한 복수의 단자로 이루어지는 제 1 단자 그룹과,상기 복수의 동작 소자에 대응하여 각각 설치된 복수의 박막트랜지스터를 통해 상기 복수의 동작 소자에 전기 에너지를 공급하는 제 2 배선과,상기 제 2 배선과 상기 기판의 외부의 전기적 접속을 이루기 위한 복수의 단자로 이루어지는 제 2 단자 그룹과,상기 복수의 동작 소자를 구동하는 구동 회로에 신호를 공급하는 제 3 배선과 상기 기판의 외부의 전기적 접속을 이루기 위한 복수의 단자로 이루어지는 제 3 단자 그룹을 갖고,상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 단자 그룹은 상기 기판의 한 변의 단부(端部)에 병렬로 배치되며,상기 제 1 및 제 2 단자 그룹은 상기 제 3 단자 그룹보다도 상기 복수의 동작 소자로부터 떨어진 위치에 배치되고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 단자 그룹에 포함되는 복수의 단자의 인접하는 단자의 중심들끼리의 간격은 상기 제 3 단자 그룹에 포함되는 복수의 단자의 인접하는 단자의 중심들끼리의 간격보다도 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 단자 그룹에 포함되는 복수의 단자의 폭은 상기 제 3 단자 그룹에 포함되는 복수의 단자의 폭보다도 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 단자 그룹은 상기 복수의 주사선을 통하여 상기 구동 회로에 주사 신호를 공급하는 배선, 및 상기 복수의 신호선을 통하여 상기 구동 회로에 데이터 신호를 공급하는 배선에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 주사선에 주사 신호를 공급하는 주사 드라이버가 상기 제 3 배선에 접속됨과 동시에, 상기 복수의 동작 소자가 배치되는 영역과 상기 제 2 배선 사이에 끼워진 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 배선은 상기 복수의 동작 소자가 배치되는 영역 및 상기 제 2 배선을 둘러싸도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전자 장치를 갖는 전자 기기.
