Claims (7)
- 튜브 내에 발열체인 시트 형상의 탄소 필라멘트가 구비되고;상기 탄소 필라멘트는 자신의 길이 방향에 대하여 교차하는 방향으로 결합된 지지와이어에 의해 상기 튜브 내에 지지되며, 양단부 중 적어도 어느 한쪽 끝단부를 외부 전극과 연결하는 연결 전도체가 탄소 필라멘트의 끝단부에 삽입된 상태로 고정되고, 상기 지지와이어와 연결 전도체는 여러 겹의 시트를 압착하는 방식으로 탄소 필라멘트가 성형될 때 그 사이에 끼워져 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 지지 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄소 필라멘트는 시트 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 지지 구조.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지와이어는 직선형 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 지지 구조.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 지지와이어는 상기 튜브 내에 접촉하는 부분이 굽혀진 곡면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 지지 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지와이어는 복수개가 일정 간격마다 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 지지 구조.
