Claims (4)
- 튜브 내에 시트 형상으로 이루어진 탄소 필라멘트가 구비되고,상기 탄소 필라멘트는 자신의 길이 방향에 대하여 직교하는 방향으로 지지부가 일체로 돌출되어 상기 튜브 내에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 구조.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지부는 상기 탄소 필라멘트의 길이 방향으로 일정 간격마다 돌출되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지부는 다각형 모양으로 돌출되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터의 탄소 필라멘트 구조.
