Abstract
Description
즉, 상기 반응관(222)의 온도가 500℃ 미만일 경우에는 철(Fe)과 실리콘(Si)이 전구체(Precursor)에서 분리되지 않게 되므로 철(Fe)과 실리콘(Si)의 결합이 이루어질 수 없게 되며, 상기 반응관(222)의 온도가 1200℃ 이상일 경우에는, 많은 수의 철(Fe)이 서로 결합되어 크기가 증대해지므로 나노철을 만들 수 없게 된다.
따라서, 상기 반응관(222)의 온도는 500℃ ~ 1200℃ 범위 내에서 유지되어야 함이 바람직하다.
그리고, 코팅나노분말은 500nm 보다 작은 직경을 가지며, 본 발명의 실시예에서 도 7의 (a)에 보여지는 바와 같이 200nm 미만의 직경을 가지는 나노철분말이 형성되었다.
Claims (6)
- 철(Fe)과 실리콘(Si)을 함유한 전구체(Precursor)를 기화시키는 기화단계와;상기 기화단계에서 기화된 기화물와 상기 기화물을 이송시키는 이송가스를 이송튜브 내부에서 혼합하여 열분해반응이 일어나는 반응로에 동시에 주입하는 동시반응단계와;상기 동시반응단계에서 형성된 코팅나노분말을 응축시켜 회수하는 응축·회수단계를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 응축·회수단계는,일측에 냉각기가 설치되어 상기 코팅나노분말을 열영동법으로 응축하는 응축·회수부 내부에서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 화학기상응축법에 의한 실리카 코팅 나노철분말 합성공정.
- 철(Fe)과 실리콘(Si)을 함유한 전구체(Precursor)를 기화시키는 기화단계와;상기 기화단계에서 기화된 철계 기화물을 이송가스로 이송시켜 열분해반응이 일어나는 반응로에 먼저 주입하여 분말로 형성시킨 후, 상기 기화단계에서 기화된 실리콘계 기화물을 이송가스로 이송시켜 상기 반응로에 주입하는 지연반응단계와;상기 지연반응단계에서 형성된 코팅나노분말을 응축시켜 회수하는 응축·회수단계를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 응축·회수단계는,일측에 냉각기가 설치되어 상기 코팅나노분말을 열영동법으로 응축하는 응축·회수부 내부에서 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 화학기상응축법에 의한 실리카 코팅 나노철분말 합성공정.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅나노분말은,중심에 철(Fe)이 분포하고 그 표면에 실리카(SiO2)가 코팅되어 코아/셀 구조를 이룸을 특징으로 하는 화학기상응축법에 의한 실리카 코팅 나노철분말 합성공정
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅나노분말은 500nm 미만의 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 화학기상응축법에 의한 실리카 코팅 나노철분말 합성공정.
