Claims (5)
- 철(Fe)을 함유한 전구체(Precursor)를 기화시키는 기화단계와;상기 기화단계에서 기화된 기화물과 반응기체를 열분해반응이 일어나는 반응로에 동시에 주입하거나, 상기 기화물을 상기 반응로에서 입자로 형성시킨 후 반응기체를 주입하여 반응시키는 반응단계와;상기 반응단계에서 형성된 코팅나노분말을 응축시켜 회수하는 응축·회수단계를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 화학기상응축법에 의한 탄화물이 코팅된 철(Fe) 나노분말 제조공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전구체(Precursor)는 철펜타카보닐[Fe(CO)5], 철에톡사이드[Fe(OCH2CH3)3], 철아세테이드[(CH3CO2) 2Fe] 중 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 화학기상응축법에 의한 탄화물이 코팅된 철(Fe) 나노분말 제조공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응기체는 일산화탄소(CO), 메탄(CH4), 아세틸렌(C2H2), 에틸렌(C2H4), 아르곤(Ar), 수소(H2 )와 이들의 혼합기체 중 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 화학기상응축법에 의한 탄화물이 코팅된 철(Fe) 나노분말 제조공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응로의 온도는 500℃ ~ 1100℃임을 특징으로 하는 화학기상응축법에 의한 탄화물이 코팅된 철(Fe) 나노분말 제조공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응단계에서의 반응로 압력은 진공에서 상압까지의 범위로 제어 가능함을 특징으로 하는 화학기상응축법에 의한 탄화물이 코팅된 철(Fe) 나노분말 제조공정.
