Claims (9)
- 다기통 내연기관의 배기 정화 제어 장치로서,상기 내연기관의 기통을 2개의 기통군으로 나누고, 각각의 기통군 마다 독립적으로 설치된 2개의 배기 통로와,이들 2개의 배기 통로를 연통하는 연통로와,상기 2개의 기통군들 중 하나에 대한 연료 공급을 정지하거나 또는 상기 2개의 기통군들 중 하나에서 린(희박) A/F 운전을 실행함으로써 배기에 함유된 산소량을 증대시키며, 상기 내연기관의 시동시에 상기 연통로를 거쳐서 상기 다른 기통군의 배기 통로에 상기 증대된 산소량을 함유하는 배기를 공급하는 2차 에어 공급수단과,상기 2차 에어 공급수단이 상기 다른 기통군의 배기 통로에 상기 증대된 산소량을 함유하는 배기를 공급할 때에 상기 다른 기통군의 연소 공연비를 리치(농후) 공연비로 설정하는 공연비 제어수단, 및상기 내연기관의 시동시에 유해 물질의 배출량의 저감 효과를 높이기 위해서, 상기 기통군들 중 하나의 배기 통로에서 상기 배기 유동의 억제 정도가 상기 다른 기통군의 배기 통로에서 상기 배기 유동의 억제 정도보다도 커지도록 상기 배기 유동을 억제하며, 이에 의해 상기 배기 내에 함유된 산소량을 증대시키는 배기 유동 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공연비 제어수단은 상기 내연기관의 연소 공연비가 연소 한계 공연비 이상 13 이하로 되도록 연소 공연비를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2차 에어 공급수단은 상기 증대된 산소량을 함유하는 배기를 상기 다른 기통군의 배기 통로에 공급한 후에 얻어지는 배기 공연비가 린 공연비로 되도록 상기 증대된 산소량을 함유하는 배기를 상기 다른 기통군의 배기 통로에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 2차 에어 공급수단은 상기 증대된 산소량을 함유하는 배기를 상기 다른 기통군의 배기 통로에 공급한 후에 얻어지는 상기 배기 공연비가 18 이상 22 이하로 되도록 상기 증대된 산소량을 함유하는 배기를 상기 다른 기통군의 배기 통로에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2차 에어 공급수단은 상기 연통로에 부착된 에어 펌프를 구비하고, 상기 기통군들 중 하나의 배기 통로로부터 상기 다른 기통군의 배기 통로로 배기를 압송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.

- 연소실 내에 직접 연료를 분사하는 분사 밸브와, 상기 분사 밸브에 의한 연료 분사를 제어하는 연료 분사 제어수단을 구비한 다기통 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치로서,상기 내연기관의 기통을 2개의 기통군으로 나누고, 각각의 기통군 마다 독립적으로 설치된 2개의 배기 통로와,이들 2개의 배기 통로를 연통하는 연통로와,상기 2개의 기통군들 중 하나에 대한 연료 공급을 정지시키거나 또는 상기 2개의 기통군들 중 하나에서 린 A/F 운전을 실행함으로써 배기에 함유된 산소량을 증대시키며, 상기 내연기관의 시동시에 상기 연통로를 거쳐서 상기 다른 기통군의 배기 통로에 상기 증대된 산소량을 함유하는 배기를 공급하는 2차 에어 공급수단과,상기 2차 에어 공급수단이 상기 다른 기통군의 배기 통로에 상기 증대된 산소량을 함유하는 배기를 공급할 때에, 상기 연료 분사 제어 수단에 의해서 압축 행정 중에 상기 연료를 상기 다른 기통군에 분사함으로써, 상기 다른 기통군의 연소 공연비를 이론 공연비 또는 리치 공연비로 설정하는 공연비 제어수단, 및상기 내연기관의 시동시에 유해 물질의 배출량의 저감 효과를 높이기 위해서, 상기 기통군들 중 하나의 배기 통로에서 상기 배기 유동의 억제 정도가 상기 다른 기통군의 배기 통로에서 상기 배기 유동의 억제 정도보다도 커지도록 상기 배기 유동을 억제하며, 이에 의해 상기 배기 내에 함유된 산소량을 증대시키는 배기 유동 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화 장치.
