Claims (9)
- 무기 할로겐화 가스를 함유하는 가스를 철 산화물 및 합성 제올라이트 중 하나 이상에 노출시키고; 및 이어서,상기 가스를 음이온 교환수지에 노출시키는 순차적 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 할로겐화 가스의 제거방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기 할로겐화 가스가 ClF3, SiX4, BX3, PX3 및 X2 (여기서, X는 할로겐 원자)로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 X가 불소 원자 또는 염소 원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기 할로겐화 가스가 ClF3, SiF4, SiCl4, BF3, BCl3, PF3, PCl3, Cl2 또는 F2를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기 할로겐화 가스가 ClF3를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음이온 교환수지가 하기의 화학식으로 표시되는 아미노기를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.-N(R1)(R2)[상기 식에서, R1 및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소, 또는 아미노기나 히드록시기로 치환될 수 있는 C1 내지 C6의 알킬이다.]
- 철 산화물 또는 합성 제올라이트를 함유하는 제 1 충전 베드; 및상기 제 1 베드의 하류에 배치되며 음이온 교환수지를 함유하는 제 2 충전 베드를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무리 할로겐화 가스 제거장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,칼럼;상기 칼럼 내의 제 1 충전 베드를 포함하는 제 1 구획과 제 2 충전 베드를 포함하는 제 2 구획을 구분하기 위한 유공 칸막이를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,제 1 충전 베드를 함유하는 제 1 충전 칼럼; 및제 2 충전 베드를 함유하는 제 2 충전 칼럼을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
