Claims (7)
- 주축(2)의 선단부에 콜릿 클램프수단(KR)을 통해 공구홀더(18)를 기계적인 탈착 가능하게 고정시킨 공작기계로서, 공구홀더(18)의 중심부에 형성된 오목구멍(b) 바닥면에 나사(24)를 통해 일정 길이의 구금부재(23)를 돌출 상태로 설치한 것으로 만들고, 한편 주축측 클램프수단(KR)의 견인봉 중심부에는 기액통로(100), 분무화수단(101), 및 주축내 분무상태 절삭액 통로(102)를 형성함과 아울러, 또한 분무화수단(101)은 주축 바깥쪽으로부터 기액통로(100)를 거쳐 공급되는 절삭액과 압축공기를 혼합교반하여 분무상태 절삭액으로 만드는 분무화노즐(14)과, 그 노즐 전방의 주축내 분무상태 절삭액 통로(102) 내부로 분출된 분무상태 절삭액의 압력이 저하되었을 때에 전방으로 조금 변위하여 분무상태 절삭액에 압축공기 통로(100b) 내부의 압축공기를 직접적으로 불어넣는 압축공기 공급밸브(15)로 이루어지고, 또한 주축내 분무상태 절삭액 통로(102)는 압축공기 공급밸브(15)의 내부구멍으로 형성된 것으로 이루어지고, 그 주축내 분무상태 절삭액 통로(102)와 상기 공구홀더(18)에 대한 구금부재(23)의 후단을 맞닿게 한것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 압축공기 공급밸브(15)의 외형을 대경부와 소경부의 단차부를 구비한 것으로 형성하고, 소경부를 클램프수단(KR)의 클램프로드(11)의 내부구멍에 나사식 장착한 체결나사(16)의 중심구멍에 위치시킴과 아울러, 그 체결나사(16)와 상기 단차부 사이에 스프링(17)을 끼워넣어, 그 탄력으로 분무화노즐 측으로 압압되게 만든 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 공구홀더(18)의 체결부착시에 압축공기 공급밸브(15)의 소경 선단이, 공구홀더(18)에 대한 구금부재(23) 후단 내부에 부분적으로 내측에서 삽입되는 구성으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 주축장치.
