Claims (8)
- 홈을 갖는 투광성 기체위에 상변화형 기록층을 갖는 광기록매체에 기록을 할 때, 기록에 사용하는 레이저광의 파장을 λ, 기록광학게의 대물렌즈의 개구수를 NA, 기록트랙의 배열피치를 PT로 할 때,0.48 ≤PT/(λ/NA) ≤0.74; PT≤0.50㎛가 성립하는 조건에서 홈에 대한 기록을 행함으로써, 적어도 한쪽 단부가 홈으로부터 돌출된 기록마크를 형성하는 광기록방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매체의 선속도를 4.5m/s 이상으로 하는 광기록방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광기록매체는 상기 투광성 기체위에 상기 기록층, 유전체층 및 반사층이 상기 순서대로 설치되며, 상기 반사층의 열전도율은 100W/mK 이상, 상기 유전체층의 열전도율은 1W/mK 이상인 광기록방법.
- 홈을 갖는 투광성 기체위에 상변화형 기록층을 갖는 광기록매체에 기록을 할 때, 기록에 사용하는 레이저광의 파장을 λ, 기록광학계의 대물렌즈의 개구수를 NA, 기록트랙의 배열피치를 PT로 할 때,0.48 ≤PT/(λ/NA) ≤0.68이 성립하는 조건에서 홈에 대한 기록을 실시함으로써, 적어도 한쪽의 단부가 홈으로부터 돌출된 기록마크를 형성하는 광기록방법.
- 삭제
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 광기록매체는 상기 투광성 기체위에 상기 기록층, 유전체층 및 반사층이 상기 순서대로 설치되며, 상기 반사층의 열전도율은 100W/mK 이상, 상기 유전체층의 열전도율은 1W/mK 이상인 광기록방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 광기록방법에 의해 기록이 되는 광기록매체.
