Abstract
Description
図1及び図2に示す軸受部材1は、軸体2を装着する軸穴1Aの内周面に、被覆層3を有している。被覆層3は、図3に示すように、金属製の母材3Aと、母材3A中に分散され且つ母材3Aよりも相対的に熱伝導率が高い熱伝導材3Bとから成る。
厚さ1mmの裏金(SPCC板)の表面に、被覆層として、母材である銅粉末と、熱伝導材であるグラファイトとを積層し、高さが均一になるように成形した。この成形体を電気炉により800℃で加熱して、原子の拡散により裏金、母材及び熱伝導材を結合させ、裏金の表面に、母材及び熱伝導材から成る被覆層を形成した。その後、機械加工により被覆層の表面の粗さ、表面における熱伝導材の露出率を制御し、必要に応じて被覆層の表面にコーティング層を形成した。

放熱性を向上させて軸体との回転摺動接触による高温化を抑制し、耐焼き付き性の向上を実現することができる軸受部材を提供することを目的としている。
課題を解決するための手段

本発明に係わる軸受部材は、軸体を装着する軸穴の内周面に被覆層を有し、前記被覆層が、金属製の母材と、前記母材中に分散され且つ前記母材よりも相対的に熱伝導率が大きい熱伝導材とから成っている。そして、軸受部材は、前記熱伝導材が、前記被覆層の厚さ方向における長さよりも、前記被覆層の表面に沿う方向における長さを大きくすると共に、前記軸穴の軸線方向における長さよりも、前記軸穴の周方向における長さを大きくしたことを特徴としている。
発明の効果

本発明に係わる軸受部材は、上記構成を採用したことから、母材中に熱伝導材を分散されて成る被覆層により、軸穴の内周面に沿う方向の熱伝導性が高められ、これにより、放熱性を向上させて軸体との回転摺動接触による高温化を抑制し、耐焼き付き性の向上を実現することができる。

Claims (12)
- 軸体を装着する軸穴の内周面に被覆層を有し、
前記被覆層が、金属製の母材と、前記母材中に分散され且つ前記母材よりも相対的に熱伝導率が大きい熱伝導材とから成り、
前記熱伝導材は、前記被覆層の厚さ方向における長さよりも、前記被覆層の表面に沿う方向における長さが大きいことを特徴とする軸受部材。 - 前記熱伝導材は、前記軸穴の軸線方向における長さよりも、前記軸穴の周方向における長さが大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受部材。
- 前記熱伝導材は、前記軸穴の軸線方向における長さに対して、前記軸穴の周方向における長さが3倍以上であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸受部材。
- 前記熱伝導材は、前記被覆層の厚さ方向において、前記被覆層の表面側領域の分布密度が相対的に高いことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受部材。
- 前記熱伝導材は、グラファイト又はグラフェンから成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受部材。
- 前記被覆層の表面に沿う方向における熱伝導率が90W/m・k以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の軸受部材。
- 前記熱伝導材は、母材に対して15wt%以上、90wt%以下の割合で分散していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の軸受部材。
- 前記母材が、銅又は銅合金から成ると共に、ビッカース硬さが45HV以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の軸受部材。
- 前記被覆層の表面にコーティング層を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の軸受部材。
- 前記軸穴の内周面の表面粗さがRa0.3μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の軸受部材。
- 前記被覆層の表面における前記熱伝導材の露出率が、5%以上で60%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の軸受部材。
- 摩擦調整剤を含む潤滑油下において、前記軸穴の内周面と前記軸体とが摺動接触することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の軸受部材。
