Abstract
Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る操作レバー100の一例を示す斜視図である。操作レバー100は、レバー部1と、伝達装置2と、ストローク検出装置3とを備える。操作レバー100は、レバー部1が操作された場合に、伝達装置2を介してストローク検出装置3に操作状態を伝達し、ストローク検出装置3から操作状態を検出する検出信号を出力する。本実施形態において、操作レバー100は、建設機械に設置される。このような建設機械としては、例えばICT(Information and Communication Technology)ブルドーザ等のICT建設機械が挙げられる。操作レバー100は、ICTブルドーザに設置される場合、例えばブレードの昇降動作及びチルト動作を行う際に用いることができる。
続いて、第2実施形態を説明する。上記第1実施形態では、処理部51、52において、一方の磁気センサ40の出力信号から他方の磁気センサ40の出力信号を減算した算出結果に基づいて検出信号を出力する構成を例に挙げて説明したが、本実施形態では、一方の磁気センサ40の出力信号と他方の磁気センサ40の出力信号とを加算した算出結果に基づいて検出信号を出力する構成である。
Claims (9)
- 操作軸に対して点対称位置に配される一対のロッドと、
前記各ロッドに配される磁石と、
前記操作軸に垂直な平面上にあり一の前記ロッドと他の前記ロッドの中心を結ぶ第1直線に垂直な第2直線について線対称の位置に配される一対の磁気センサと
を備える操作レバー。 - 前記磁気センサの出力信号に基づいて、前記各磁石の相対位置の変化についての検出信号を出力する処理部を備える
請求項1に記載の操作レバー。 - 前記処理部は、一方の前記磁石を検出する前記磁気センサの出力信号から、他方の前記磁石を検出する前記磁気センサの出力信号を減算した算出結果に基づいて前記検出信号を出力する
請求項2に記載の操作レバー。 - 前記処理部は、一方の前記磁石を検出する前記磁気センサの出力信号と、他方の前記磁石を検出する前記磁気センサの出力信号とを加算した算出結果に基づいて前記検出信号を出力する
請求項2に記載の操作レバー。 - 前記操作軸を中心とした同一円周上に前記各ロッドが等間隔となるように前記一対のロッドが2組配置され、
前記各ロッドは、前記操作軸の軸線方向に沿って移動可能であり、
前記各磁石は、前記各ロッドと一体で移動する
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の操作レバー。 - 前記磁気センサは、検出対象となる前記磁石に対して前記第2直線に平行な方向に並んで配置される
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の操作レバー。 - 前記磁気センサは、1つの前記磁石に対して2つ設けられる
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の操作レバー。 - 2つの前記磁気センサは、検出対象となる1つの前記磁石に対して前記第2直線に平行な方向の両側に配置される
請求項7に記載の操作レバー。 - 2つの前記磁気センサは、検出対象となる1つの前記磁石からそれぞれ等しい距離を空けて配置される
