Claims (16)
- 紫外線ランプと、
前記紫外線ランプを内挿するランプ保護管と、
前記ランプ保護管の少なくとも一端が外部に露出するように該ランプ保護管を保持して収納し、かつ、処理対象物を収納する容器と、
前記容器における前記ランプ保護管を保持する部位において、該ランプ保護管の外周に密接して前記容器を密封する封止部材と
を具える紫外線処理装置において、
紫外線遮蔽素材からなる弾性の遮光板であって、少なくとも前記ランプ保護管の内面の円周長に応じた長さを持つ主遮光部と、該主遮光部の前記長さ方向の両端において非平行的な収束形状を成して延びた第1及び第2のオーバーラップ部とからなる前記遮光板を具備し、
前記遮光板を前記長さ方向に巻いた状態で前記ランプ保護管の内周に密接するように該ランプ保護管内に配置し、かつ、前記封止部材に対向するように位置させることを特徴とする紫外線処理装置。 - 前記主遮光部は略平行な2辺を有し、前記各オーバーラップ部は、前記主遮光部の2辺間の幅を越えない横幅を持つ少なくとも1つの非平行的な収束形状からなる、請求項1に記載の紫外線処理装置。
- 前記各オーバーラップ部は、前記主遮光部に接する部位を底辺とする略二等辺三角形状を成す、請求項1又は2に記載の紫外線処理装置。
- 前記遮光板における各角を丸くした、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の紫外線処理装置。
- 前記遮光板の板厚が0.005mm乃至1mmの範囲である、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の紫外線処理装置。
- 前記遮光板の材質は、ステンレス系、銅系、ニッケル系、鉄、アルミニウム、アルミ合金、金、銀、モリブデン、チタン、アモルファス、コバール、ケイ素のいずれかからなる、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の紫外線処理装置。
- 前記遮光板の材質がステンレス系、銅系、ニッケル系、鉄、アルミニウム、アルミ合金、銀、モリブデン、チタン、アモルファス、コバール、ケイ素のいずれかからなり、かつ、表面に金メッキを施してなる、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の紫外線処理装置。
- 前記封止部材はOリングである、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の紫外線処理装置。
- 前記処理対象物は液体である、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の紫外線処理装置。
- 紫外線ランプと、前記紫外線ランプを内挿するランプ保護管と、前記ランプ保護管の少なくとも一端が外部に露出するように該ランプ保護管を保持して収納し、かつ、処理対象物を収納する容器と、前記容器における前記ランプ保護管を保持する部位において、該ランプ保護管の外周に密接して前記容器を密封する封止部材とを具える紫外線処理装置において使用される遮光部品であって、
紫外線遮蔽素材からなる弾性の遮光板であって、少なくとも前記ランプ保護管の内面の円周長に応じた長さを持つ主遮光部と、該主遮光部の前記長さ方向の両端において非平行的な収束形状を成して延びた第1及び第2のオーバーラップ部とからなる前記遮光板で構成されており、
使用時において、前記遮光板を前記長さ方向に巻いた状態で前記ランプ保護管の内周に密接するように該ランプ保護管内に配置し、かつ、前記封止部材に対向するように位置させることを特徴とする遮光部品。 - 前記主遮光部は略平行な2辺を有し、前記各オーバーラップ部は、前記主遮光部の2辺間の幅を越えない横幅を持つ少なくとも1つの非平行的な収束形状からなる、請求項10に記載のに記載の遮光部品。
- 前記各オーバーラップ部は、前記主遮光部に接する部位を底辺とする略二等辺三角形状を成す、請求項10又は11に記載の遮光部品。
- 前記遮光板における各角を丸くした、請求項10乃至12のいずれかに記載の遮光部品。
- 前記遮光板の板厚が0.005mm乃至1mmの範囲である、請求項10乃至13のいずれかに記載の遮光部品。
