Abstract
Description
また、モータには、同モータの駆動を制御するコントロールユニットから駆動電力を供給するための電力供給線が接続されている。したがって、後方から後続車両に追突されてモータが移動した場合に、モータに接続されている電力供給線が切断あるいは破損する虞があり、露出した電力供給線が破損した燃料タンクに接触する虞もある。
請求項3の発明では、後輪駆動用モータは、後輪駆動用モータの駆動を制御するコントロールユニットから電力供給線を介して電力が供給されており、コントロールユニットは、後輪駆動用モータの上方に配置されており、電力供給線は、サスペンションメンバに囲まれた空間内でコントロールユニットと接続するようにした。
請求項3の発明によれば、電力供給線がサスペンションメンバに囲まれた空間内でコントロールユニットと接続しているので、コントロールユニットとの接続部を含み電力供給線がサスペンションメンバに囲まれた空間内に配置され、追突時や側突時にこの電力供給線の接続部の剪断破壊を防止することができる。
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る車両の走行駆動系の機器の配置を示す側面図である。
図1に示すように、本発明のモータ保護構造を採用した本実施形態の車両1は、前輪2a、2bを駆動するエンジン3と、前輪駆動用モータ4及び後輪駆動用モータ5とを備えた4輪駆動式のハイブリッド車である。
車両1の左右後輪10a、10bの間には、後輪駆動用モータ5が備えられている。後輪駆動用モータ5は、減速機5aと一体化して構成され、ドライブシャフト11を介して左右後輪10a、10bを駆動可能となっている。後輪駆動用モータ5の上方には後輪駆動用モータを作動制御するリヤモータコントロールユニット12が備えられている。
図2、図3は、車両後部の構造、詳しくはリヤサスペンション19の概略構造を示し、図2は平面図、図3は後面図である。図4は、高電圧線40の配置を示す側面図である。
更に、高電圧線40は燃料タンク17とは反対側である後輪駆動用モータ5の後部に接続されているので、例え追突時に後輪駆動用モータ5が前方に移動するとともに高電圧線40が破損して露出したとしても、燃料タンク5に高電圧線40が直接は接触し難い構造となり、燃料タンク17内の燃料に引火し難い構造となる。
本実施形態では、後輪駆動用モータ5の前方に燃料タンク17が配置されているが、後輪駆動用モータ5の後方に燃料タンク17が配置されている車両にも適用可能である。
また、本実施形態では、前輪駆動用モータ4及び後輪駆動用モータ5による4輪駆動式のハイブリッド車に本発明を適用しているが、本発明はこれに限定するものでなく、例えば後輪のみモータで駆動するハイブリッド車等、後輪駆動用モータとエンジンとを車両前後方向に並べて配置した車両に適用することができる。

Claims (3)
- 車両の走行駆動源としてエンジン及び後輪駆動用モータを備え、前記後輪駆動用モータが前記車両の左右後輪の間に配置されるとともに、前記エンジンの燃料タンクと前記後輪駆動用モータとが車両前後方向に並べて配置された車両の後部保護構造であって、
前記後輪駆動用モータを支持するリヤサスペンションのサスペンションメンバが井桁状に形成されており、
前記後輪駆動用モータ及び当該後輪駆動用モータに接続されている電力供給線が、前記サスペンションメンバに囲まれた空間内に配置されていることを特徴とする車両の後部保護構造。 - 前記電力供給線は、前記燃料タンクとは前記後輪駆動用モータを介して反対側で当該後輪駆動用モータに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の後部保護構造。
- 前記後輪駆動用モータは、当該後輪駆動用モータの駆動を制御するコントロールユニットから前記電力供給線を介して電力が供給されており、
前記コントロールユニットは、前記後輪駆動用モータの上方に配置されており、
前記電力供給線は、前記サスペンションメンバに囲まれた空間内で前記コントロールユニットと接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両の後部保護構造。
