Abstract
Description
また、本発明は、上記構成を有するフェライト材料において、Bi2O3の添加量は、0.2質量%以上4質量%以下であることが好ましい。
また、本発明は、上記構成を有するフェライト材料において、ZnOの一部をCuOで置換しても良い。
また、本発明は、上記構成を有するフェライト材料において、ZrO2,ZrSiO4,SiO2のいずれか1種以上を5質量%以下含むことが好ましい。
また、本発明のフェライト材料は、透磁率が200以上であり、圧力35MPaで加圧したときの透磁率の変化率が±10%以内である。
また、本発明のフェライト材料は、圧力35MPaで加圧したときの1MHz,50mTのコアロスが7000kW/m3以下である。
最終的に図1,図2に示す種々の主成分組成比となるように原料粉末を混合し、大気中で900℃で3時間仮焼きした。得られた仮焼粉に対し、図1,図2に示す副成分のBi2O3を1.0質量%添加し、ボールミルで湿式粉砕した後に乾燥した。
最終的に図3に示す特定の主成分組成比となるように原料粉末を混合し、大気中で900℃で3時間仮焼きした。得られた仮焼粉に対し、図3に示す副成分のBi2O3を0.0質量%〜12.0質量%の種々の添加量で添加し、ボールミルで湿式粉砕した後に乾燥した。
最終的に図4に示す特定の主成分組成比となるように原料粉末を混合し、大気中で900℃で3時間仮焼きした。得られた仮焼粉に対し、図4に示す副成分のBi2O3を1.0質量%とBi2O3以外の種々の副成分を種々の添加量で添加し、ボールミルで湿式粉砕した後に乾燥した。
Claims (7)
- 組成式がx(Li0.5Fe0.5)O・yZnO・z(Mn,Fe)2O3であって、かつa=Mn/(Mn+Fe)とした場合、前記組成式及び条件におけるx,y,z,aが、0.18≦x≦0.30,0.20≦y≦0.30,0.48≦z≦0.53,0.01≦a≦0.25,x+y+z=1を満足する材料に、Bi2O3を0.2質量%以上6質量%以下添加してなることを特徴とするフェライト材料。
- Bi2O3が0.05質量%以上0.5質量%以下のV2O5で置換されている請求項1に記載のフェライト材料。
- Bi2O3の添加量は、0.2質量%以上4質量%以下である請求項1に記載のフェライト材料。
- ZnOの一部がCuOで置換されている請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のフェライト材料。
- ZrO2,ZrSiO4,SiO2のいずれか1種以上を5質量%以下含む請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のフェライト材料。
- 透磁率が200以上であり、圧力35MPaで加圧したときの透磁率の変化率が±10%以内である請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のフェライト材料。
- 圧力35MPaで加圧したときの1MHz,50mTのコアロスが7000kW/m3以下である請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のフェライト材料。
