Abstract
Description
配管を被接続体の接続口に接続するための配管継手であって、
前記配管の端部に接合されると共に、前記配管内に連通する連通路が形成されたフィッティングと、
前記フィッティングを挿入可能な貫通穴が形成され、前記貫通穴に挿入された前記フィッティングを前記被接続体側に向かって押圧可能に保持するフランジと、
前記フランジを前記被接続体に締め付け固定する締結手段と、
前記連通路と前記接続口との連結部分を外部に対してシールするために、前記フィッティングと前記被接続体との間に設けられる金属シールと、
前記フィッティングと前記被接続体との接触部分を外部に対してシールするためのOリングと、を備えており、
前記金属シールは、内周に開口溝を持つ断面C型形状を有するリング部材から構成され、
前記Oリングは、
前記フィッティングと前記フランジとの間に設けられた第1のOリングと、
前記フランジと前記被接続体との間に設けられた第2のOリングと、を含み、
前記フランジには、前記締結手段を挿入するための挿入穴が形成され、
前記フランジの面のうちで前記被接続体に対向する側に位置する対向面において、前記挿入穴を中心として、前記貫通穴が形成されている領域とは反対側の領域に、他の部分より前記被接続体側に向かって突出している突出部が設けられ、
前記貫通穴に挿入された前記フィッティングの先端は、前記フランジの前記対向面よりも前記被接続体側に向かって突出している。
Claims (3)
- 配管を被接続体の接続口に接続するための配管継手であって、
前記配管の端部に接合されると共に、前記配管内に連通する連通路が形成されたフィッティングと、
前記フィッティングを挿入可能な貫通穴が形成され、前記貫通穴に挿入された前記フィッティングを前記被接続体側に向かって押圧可能に保持するフランジと、
前記フランジを前記被接続体に締め付け固定する締結手段と、
前記連通路と前記接続口との連結部分を外部に対してシールするために、前記フィッティングと前記被接続体との間に設けられる金属シールと、
前記フィッティングと前記被接続体との接触部分を外部に対してシールするためのOリングと、を備えており、
前記金属シールは、内周に開口溝を持つ断面C型形状を有するリング部材から構成され、
前記Oリングは、
前記フィッティングと前記フランジとの間に設けられた第1のOリングと、
前記フランジと前記被接続体との間に設けられた第2のOリングと、を含み、
前記フランジには、前記締結手段を挿入するための挿入穴が形成され、
前記フランジの面のうちで前記被接続体に対向する側に位置する対向面において、前記挿入穴を中心として、前記貫通穴が形成されている領域とは反対側の領域に、他の部分より前記被接続体側に向かって突出している突出部が設けられ、
前記貫通穴に挿入された前記フィッティングの先端は、前記フランジの前記対向面よりも前記被接続体側に向かって突出している配管継手。 - 前記金属シールは、その表面に錫メッキが施されている請求項1記載の配管継手。
- 前記フィッティングの先端には、前記金属シールを保持することが可能な凹状又は凸状の保持部が形成されている請求項1又は2記載の配管継手。
