Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention is directed to the rear body structure of an automobile, specifically, to the rear body structure of an automobile, in particular, to the upper part of a low-floor floor plate in order to obtain a flat floor in which a tire house does not bulge into the passenger compartment. Relates to double floor technology fitted with raised floor plates.

(Prior art) Generally, in cab-over type automobiles,
In order to increase the height of the luggage compartment, it is preferable to design the floor to be as low as possible. In this case, a standard low-floor vehicle has a tire house that extends into the cargo compartment and a floor plate that avoids the tire house.
This low-floor vehicle has the advantage of being able to lower the floor regardless of the presence of a tire house, but on the other hand, it has the disadvantage that the presence of a tire house becomes an obstacle when loading cargo.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, as a structure to eliminate the drawbacks caused by the existence of the tire house, the tire house 50 is designed to be a high-floor vehicle that covers the tire house 50 from above while keeping the shape of a low-floor vehicle. Some devices are provided with a removable floor plate 51.

In the conventional structure shown in FIG. 8, there is no need to change the design of the vehicle body, and a flat floor can be obtained, but the tire house inner panel 53, which bulges out in the luggage compartment 52, can be replaced with the raised floor plate 51 as it is. Because of this, the height of the floor surface of the raised floor plate 51 becomes extremely high, which poses a problem in that the height of the luggage compartment 52 is not sufficient and the loading capacity is greatly reduced.

Also, eliminates the bulge of the tire house into the cargo compartment,
As a structure for obtaining a flat floor, the structure shown in FIG. 9 is conventionally known. In this conventional structure, the floor plate 60 is made slightly higher than that of a low-floor vehicle, and the wheels 61 are made of small-diameter double tires to prevent the tire house 62 from protruding into the cargo space 63.

In the conventional structure shown in FIG. 9, the outer wall 64 of the vehicle body
can be shared with the low-floor vehicle, but not only does the inner wall 65 and floor plate 60 of the vehicle body need to be designed separately from the low-floor vehicle, but also special parts such as the housing member 66 and overfender 67 must be designed and manufactured separately. There is little commonality with low-floor vehicle parts, such as the need for
Therefore, there was a problem in that it required a lot of time and effort to design and manufacture, resulting in a disadvantage in terms of cost.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made to solve these conventional problems, and its purpose is to install the raised floor plate forming the flat floor at the lowest possible height while still allowing it to be used as a low-floor vehicle. By standardizing parts, we can save the labor and cost required for design and manufacturing. In addition, by making the raised floor plate removable, it is possible to use the vehicle as a low-floor vehicle or a flat-bed vehicle, allowing it to be used in a wide range of applications. Another object of the present invention is to provide a rear body structure for an automobile in which a raised floor plate can be easily attached and detached.

The small-diameter inner panel 10 also includes a tire house upper inner wall 14 hanging downward from the bent portion 13;
It has a horizontal part 15 extending inward from the lower edge of the upper inner wall 14 of the tire house, and a lower inner wall 16 of the tire house extending downward from the inner side of the vehicle body and the front and rear of the horizontal part 15, Then, the upper edge 17 of the tire house upper inner wall 14 is connected to the inner wall 1 of the vehicle body.
The rear tire house 8 is formed by welding the lower edge 18 of the lower inner wall 16 of the tire house to the notch edges 19 for the tire house formed on the rear left and right sides of the low floor floor plate 5. It is something that will be done. 20 is an outer wall of the vehicle body, and the lower edge of the large-diameter outer panel 9 is welded to the lower edge of the outer wall 20 of the vehicle body. Reference numeral 21 denotes side members that serve as attachment members for the low-floor floor plate 5, and are provided on both sides of the vehicle body in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.

Next, the raised floor plate 6 is installed at the same height as the horizontal portion 15 while covering the small diameter inner panel 10, and the raised floor plate 6 and the low floor plate 5 form a double floor structure. It is something that is formed. This raised floor board 6 is divided into two parts, a front floor board 6a and a rear floor board 6b.
Floor joists 24, 24 each made of a plurality of channel shapes are fixed to the lower surface of the floor joists 24, 2.
Both the front and rear floor plates 6a and 6b are removably attached to the low-floor floor plate 5 via the lower floor plate 5 while holding the space portions 30 and 30, respectively. Further, the front floor plate 6a has a step notch edge 22 formed in the low floor plate 5.
A step notch edge 25 and an inspection notch edge 26 are formed corresponding to the inspection notch edge 23 of the transmission, and a battery storage opening 27 is formed, and the storage opening 27 and the inspection notch edge 26 are formed. 26 has lids 28 and 2, respectively.
9 can be detachably attached.
In addition, between the step notch edges 22 and 25 and the rear edge 3
The space between 1 and 32 is closed by channel members 33 and 34 in order to provide a sliding door and a back door.

The outer side wall 20 of the vehicle body, the large diameter outer panel 9, and the low floor floor plate 5 can be used as common parts, so the specifications of the standard low floor vehicle are modified and used, except for the small diameter inner panel 10. This allows for significant savings in the effort and cost required for design and production.

In addition, since the front floor plate 6a and the rear floor plate 6b that constitute the raised floor plate 6 are detachably attached, by attaching and detaching the front and rear floor plates 6a and 6b, it can be converted into a low-floor vehicle, for example, a general passenger car or a general passenger car. bus, and
It is possible to expand the range of uses by selectively using a low-floor vehicle and a flat-bed vehicle, such as converting the vehicle into a flat-bed vehicle and using it as a vehicle exclusively for infants.

In addition, in the embodiment, the raised floor board 6 is divided into two parts, the front floor board 6a and the rear floor board 6b, but it may be divided into three or other parts. It suffices if one of them is detachably attached, and the means for attaching it is not limited to the floor joist shown in the embodiment, but can be attached to the second floor joist, for example.
As shown in the figure, a bracket 39 is attached to the inside wall 12 of the vehicle body.
The raised floor plate 6 may be removably attached to the bracket 39, or the bracket 39 and the floor joist 24 may be used together.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a flat floor in which the tire house does not bulge into the vehicle interior, while still reducing the height of the floor surface. Also, since many parts are common to those for low-floor vehicles, it is possible to design and manufacture using the specifications of low-floor vehicles, which saves time and costs required for design and manufacturing. be. Moreover, the space between the low-floor floorboard and the high-floor floorboard can be used as various storage areas. In addition, since the raised floor plate is divided into multiple pieces and is attached removably, handling of the raised floor plate is simple and the installation and removal work is easy. It can be used in combination with a high-floor vehicle and can be used for a wide range of purposes.
