CONSTITUTION:Silicon carbide powder is put into a hot oven with a vacuum equipment and heated at 1,500-1,700 deg.C under a vacuum of 9X10<-5>-1X10<-2>Torr to volatilize and remove the metallic impurities contained such as Fe, Cu, Ti and V, thus obtaining the objective powder.
