Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture a large quantity of uniform multiple metals base alloy easily, without losing low boiling point metal nearly, by melting the above alloy preliminarily produced by melting in the crucible of high frequency induction vacuum electric furnace and adding a fixed each component metal and producing by melting.
CONSTITUTION: At first, multiple metals base alloy is produced by melting in arc furnace in Ar atmosphere. The above alloy is composed of similar composition rate to aimed multiple metals base alloy. The above produced metal being the quantity of the multiple metals base alloy to be produced more than 1wt.%, preferably more than 5%, is charged in high frequency induction vacuum electric furnace. The above preliminarily produced alloy is melted at less than melting temperature+ 100°C and each component metal is added at the rate of nearly 1;1 against these metals. then, the adding quantity is increased corresponded quantity to dissoloving quantity successively after dissolving added metals and the multiple metals base alloy having aimed composition is made to obtain. A small quantity production is unnecessary by the arc furance thereafter, because obtained multiple metals base alloy is able to use repeatedly.
