電極配線パターンと、この共通電極配線パターン
上に前記ＬＥＤアレイチツプの列に沿つて電極取
出し手段とを備えてなるＬＥＤアレイヘツド。 (2) 支持基板を導電性支持基体上に設置し、共
通電極配線パターンと前記導電性支持基体とを電
気的に接続した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載のＬＥＤアレイヘツド。
