The present invention imparts excellent antistatic properties or conductivity to chargeable polymers by blending them with various non-conductive or chargeable polymers or resins (hereinafter referred to as "chargeable polymers"), and also provides the chargeable polymers with excellent antistatic properties or conductivity. The present invention relates to a conductive polyether polymer composition that does not substantially impair the moldability and physical properties of conductive polymers. Conventionally, conductive resin compositions have been widely used as raw materials for not only various paints but also adhesives, films, sheets, fibers, etc., and a number of proposals have been made, among which is the use of carbon black's conductivity. However, attempts to impart antistatic properties or conductivity to electrostatic polymers by mixing carbon black with electrostatic polymers are the most common, partly because carbon black is inexpensive. be. However, as is well known, carbon black is bulky fine particles with a large specific volume, and moreover, it is easy to secondary agglomerate, so it is difficult to uniformly and stably disperse carbon black in a polymer. Moreover, in order to impart conductivity to chargeable polymers using carbon black, it is necessary to incorporate a considerable amount of carbon black, so a stable carbon black-containing resin composition with excellent spinning, film forming, or coating properties is required. It is technically extremely difficult to obtain this. For example, when spinning a resin composition containing such carbon black, if the dispersibility of the carbon black is poor, the pressure will increase significantly over time, making stable spinning impossible, resulting in spinneret clogging, yarn breakage, or There is a problem that troubles such as poor stretching cannot be avoided. The present inventors first developed a mixture of polyether polymer and acrylonitrile polymer mixed with carbon black at 20℃ and 20%RH.
The inventors discovered and proposed that conductive acrylic fibers exhibiting an electrical resistivity of 10 2 to 10 8 Ω·cm could be obtained, and further research led to the present invention. That is, the object of the present invention is to provide a conductive resin composition that can impart excellent antistatic properties or conductivity when incorporated into various chargeable polymers or compositions containing these as main components. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing with good reproducibility a polymer composition in which carbon black is stably and finely dispersed at a high concentration. The object of the present invention is to obtain a graft copolymer (hereinafter referred to as
After blending carbon black into a solvent of polyether polymer (abbreviated simply as polyether polymer) to prepare a slurry in which 5 to 30% by weight of carbon black is finely dispersed, the slurry and polyalkylene glycol or block polyether ester are mixed. This can be achieved by mixing a graft copolymer of acrylonitrile and acrylonitrile and/or a solution thereof. Here, "fine dispersion" means that at least 95% of the material passes through a 300 mesh wire mesh. Carbon black used in the present invention includes oil furnace black, channel black, acetylene black, etc., and preferably has a particle size of
It is better to have a diameter of 100mμ or less. These carbon blacks are first finely dispersed in the polyether polymer solvent described below, but at this time, the concentration of carbon black must be within the range of 5 to 30% by weight, preferably 8 to 20% by weight. . In other words, when the concentration of carbon black is less than 5%, the conductivity of the resulting conductive resin composition is low, and a large amount of the conductive resin composition must be blended with the chargeable polymer, resulting in a decrease in chargeability. Low concentrations degrade the physical properties and performance of the polymers, and are disadvantageous in terms of productivity and use. Furthermore, if the amount of carbon black exceeds 30%, fine dispersion of carbon black becomes difficult and stability over time deteriorates, which is not preferable. As a means of finely dispersing carbon black in a polyether polymer solvent, a high shear mixer such as a "homo mixer", "momitsu line flow", "sand mill", "ball mill", "attritor", etc. is used. A method of adding carbon black to a solvent and stirring and mixing at a shear rate of at least 1000 sec -1 can be mentioned. In this case, fine dispersion of carbon black can be promoted by using a dispersant for carbon black in combination, but the dispersant not only improves the dispersibility of carbon black in the solvent, but also the polyether-based dispersant described below. When the polymer is dissolved, fine dispersion of carbon black into the polyether polymer must not be inhibited. Examples of such dispersants include solvents and polyether polymers, particularly anionic dispersants such as naphthalene sulfonic acid, salts, and lignin sulfonates, and polymers such as polyoxyethylene oxytetramethylene glycol, although they vary depending on the type of solvent. Nonionic dispersants based on glycol derivatives are preferred. The amount of dispersant used is preferably 0.05 to 10% by weight. The carbon black slurry thus obtained is mixed with a polyether polymer and/or its solution, but the polyether polymer is mixed at 20°C,
It is preferable that the electrical resistivity measured at 40% RH is 10 10 Ω·cm or less. Examples of this polyether polymer include:
Polyalkylene glycols such as polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, polyethylene propylene glycol, polyethylene tetramethylene, or their alkyl esters,
Graft copolymers such as acrylonitrile, as well as esterification or transesterification of the polyalkylene glycol and polyester (at least one of adipic acid, azelaic acid, sebacic acid, terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid, etc., with ethylene glycol or tetramethylene glycol) Examples include block polyether polyesters with (reactant) and graft copolymers with acrylonitrile. The polyether polymer to be mixed with the carbon black slurry is desirably selected appropriately depending on the intended use of the resulting conductive composition, particularly the type of chargeable polymer. The solvent for the polyether polymer is not particularly limited as long as it dissolves the polyether polymer, but it is preferable to use a common solvent for the polyether polymer and the chargeable polymer. Specific examples of solvents for the polyether polymers listed above include organic solvents such as dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide, and dimethylacetamide, and inorganic solvents such as nitric acid, rhodan salt, and aqueous zinc chloride solutions, but DMSO gives particularly favorable results. . The chargeable polymer may be any polymer as long as it is miscible with the polyether polymer and has substantially no compatibility with the polyether polymer, but it is preferably a dispersion medium for the carbon black and a polyether polymer. Those that are soluble in the solvent that is the solvent for ether polymers,
Examples include polyacrylonitrile polymers, acrylonitrile-styrene copolymers, polyvinyl alcohol, polyurethane, polyalkyl acrylates, polyalkyl methacrylates, polyvinyl acetates, and cellulose acetate. According to the present invention, a conductive resin composition in which carbon black is finely dispersed can be obtained by a simple operation, and even though the conductive resin composition has a large carbon black content, it is stable and has a low carbon black content. Due to its high viscosity, it is easy to mix and mix with chargeable polymers as well as when used alone. The thus obtained conductive resin composition of the present invention can be blended with chargeable polymers to provide excellent antistatic properties to the chargeable polymers without substantially impairing the moldability and performance of the chargeable polymers. properties or conductivity. That is, the conductive resin composition not only exhibits stable and excellent conductivity as a composition itself, but also has carbon black finely dispersed in the polyether polymer when blended with chargeable polymers. It has the advantage of being able to use conventional molding techniques such as yarn spinning and film forming that are based on carbon black. The present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to Examples, in which transient resistance and electrical resistivity were measured by the following measuring methods. (1) Transparency (dispersibility) Spinning was performed using a nozzle consisting of two layers of cotton Kyarako, the time required for the pressure to rise by 10 kg/cm 2 was determined, and the dispersibility was compared. 0.08mmφ,

The carbon black was finely dispersed through a homomic line flow. Good slurries were obtained for A to E. The ratio of carbon black to the polymer obtained by grafting AN to block polyether ester was set to 1/2. When this carbon black slurry was discharged into water to form a film, films B to E had good film forming properties, but film forming property A was insufficient. On the other hand, 94.5 mol% of AN, 5 mol% of methyl acrylate, and 0.5 mol% of sodium allylsulfonate were solution-polymerized in DMSO by a conventional method to prepare an acrylic polymer solution. It was discharged into a 50% DMSO aqueous solution through a 0.1 mm x 10 mm slit. After washing the coagulated film with water, it was stretched 3.5 times in hot water at 70°C and dried at 120°C. The results obtained are summarized in Table 2. Note that the electrical resistivity of the film made from the acrylic polymer alone is 1.5×10 13 Ω·cm,
It can be seen that the electrical conductivity of the product of the present invention is extremely excellent.

A carbon black dispersion with a carbon black to graft polymer ratio of 0.8 was added to this polyurethane solution using a "static mixer" (manufactured by Noritake Co., Ltd.) so that the carbon black was 7% by weight based on the polyurethane.
After mixing, the mixture was spun into a 30% DMSO solution using a 0.08 mφ x 1,00 hole spinneret, washed with water, and dried at 50°C. The electrical resistivity of the obtained fiber was 3.1×10 2 Ω·cm. Incidentally, the electrical resistivity of the fiber similarly spun from only the polyurethane was 3.5×10 12 Ω·cm. It was passed once through the "Homo Mitsukline Flow" [referred to as adjustment solution (a)]. Next, polyethylene glycol (Mn=50000)
Then, AN was graft-polymerized in DMSO to make an antistatic polymer, and 100 parts of polyethylene glycol was added to
30 parts of AN was added to 500 parts of DMSO and polymerized using ammonium persulfate. Polyethylene glycoloxytetramethylene glycol (Mn=2000) was added as a dispersant for carbon black to the obtained antistatic polymer solution in an amount of 50% by weight based on the carbon black. Carbon black (30% by weight) was directly added to this antistatic polymer solution and passed through a "homomik line flow" three times to prepare a dispersion [referred to as master polymer (a)]. On the other hand, the adjustment solution (a) was added to the antistatic polymer solution, and the solution was passed through a "homomik line flow" once to prepare a dispersion [to be used as a master polymer (b)]. Next, 94.1 mol% of AN, 5.6 mol% of methyl acrylate, and sodium methallylsulfonate were added according to a conventional method.
0.3 mol% was solution polymerized in DMSO, and the above master polymer was mixed with the obtained acrylic polymer solution and spun. Mixing was performed using a "high mixer". The mixing ratio was such that the amount of carbon black was 8% by weight based on the total weight. In the case of master polymer (a), the temperature of the above polymer solution was 24 hours, while in the case of master polymer (b) it was 60 hours, and according to the method of master polymer (b), carbon It is recognized that the black dispersibility is further improved. After spinning the above polymer solution, it was stretched 6 times according to a conventional method, dried and densified, and then subjected to relaxation heat treatment with pressurized steam at 110°C. The electrical resistivity of the obtained conductive fibers was 3 to 5×10 3 Ω, with no major difference between the master polymers.
It was cm. Example 5 Adipic acid, azelaic acid, ethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol (Mn=4000)
was polymerized by a conventional method to obtain a polyether ester, and AN was grafted onto the polyether ester in DMSO to obtain an antistatic polymer solution. The carbon black of Example 1 (addition amount: 30% by weight) was directly added in powder form to this antistatic polymer solution and mechanically stirred. In this state, it was difficult to obtain uniform dispersibility, and when evaluating the overpressure, the overpressure suddenly increased after about 1 hour, but by using the "homomic line flow", the transient was improved to about 15 hours. On the other hand, a fine dispersion consisting of 12% by weight of carbon black, 1.5% by weight of sodium ligninsulfonate, and 86.5% by weight of DMSO was separately prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, and then mixed with the antistatic polymer solution and treated in the same manner. When the material was finely dispersed using a "homomitsu line flow", the hypersensitivity of the dispersion was further improved and the spinning time was extended to about 35 hours. Example 6 The amount of carbon black added to the antistatic polymer was 35% by weight in a DMSO solution of the antistatic polymer obtained in Example 2 (polymer obtained by grafting AN to block polyether ester). Carbon black powder was added and mechanically stirred with a dispersant (sodium lignin sulfonate). Furthermore, a master liquid (c) in which carbon black was finely dispersed in an antistatic polymer was obtained using "homomik line flow". On the other hand, carbon black, sodium lignin sulfonate, and DMSO were mixed in the same manner as in Example 1.
Carbon black was finely dispersed in DMSO in advance. A master liquid (d) was prepared by mixing this carbon slurry with an antistatic polymer solution using a "homomik line flow". When we investigated the pressure increase using a filter press, we found that master liquid (c) had a pressure of 5 Kg/cm 2 at a flow rate of 250, while master liquid (d) had a pressure of 5 kg/cm 2 at a flow rate of 1300.
The pressure became 5Kg/cm 2 . Example 7 6 parts of furnace black #40 and 0.7 parts of sodium ligninsulfonate were added to 93.3 parts of DMSO, and the carbon black was finely dispersed using a "homomik line flow". Separately, polyethylene oxide with a molecular weight of 100,000 was dissolved in water, AN was added at a ratio of 3 parts AN to 10 parts polyethylene oxide, and graft polymerization was performed using ammonium persulfate to create a polymer in which AN was grafted onto polyethylene oxide. Obtained. For 100 parts of the above fine dispersion of carbon black,
Add 12 parts of the AN-grafted polymer to this polyethylene oxide, dissolve the grafted polymer in a Satake-type stirrer, and then proceed to the "homomik line flow" process.
passed through. When this carbon black slurry was discharged into water, it showed good film forming properties. Separately, 93.2 mol% of AN, 6 mol% of methyl acrylate, and 0.8 mol% of sodium allylsulfonate were solution-polymerized in DMSO by a conventional method to prepare an acrylic polymer solution. A graft polymer solution in which the carbon black was finely dispersed in this acrylic polymer solution was mixed with a "state mixer" (manufactured by Noritake Co., Ltd.) so that the carbon black content was 7% by weight/polymer, and then 0.07% by weight was added. It was discharged into a 50% DMSO aqueous solution from a mφ nozzle and stretched 4 times in hot water. After washing with water,
A 5d fiber was obtained by drying at 105°C. The electrical resistivity of the resulting fiber was 1.1×10 3 Ω·cm, and the spinning dope had good transient properties. Example 8 A carbon black slurry in which the carbon black obtained in Example 7 was finely dispersed in DMSO, a polymer obtained by grafting AN on polyethylene oxide, and AN on the polyether ester obtained in Example 4 were prepared.
and the grafted polymer solution were weighed and mixed so that each had equal weight. After premixing with a Satake-style stirrer, carbon black was finely dispersed in the graft polymer solution using a "homomik line flow." The resulting slurry is converted into polyethylene oxide.
Carbon black was finely dispersed in a polymer grafted with AN and a polymer in which block polyetherester was grafted with AN, and when discharged into water, it showed good film forming properties. In the same manner as in Example 7, a graft polymer solution in which the carbon black was finely dispersed in an acrylic polymer solution was mixed and spun. The electrical resistivity of the obtained fiber was good at 8.5×10 2 Ω·cm, and the transient properties of the spinning stock solution were also good.
