第1図は本考案による冷媒流量制御装置の一実
施例を示す縦断面図、第2図aは本考案による冷
媒流量制御装置の他の実施例を示す縦断面図、第
2図bは第2図aのA―A線断面図、第3図は圧
縮機回転数が急激に変動した際の蒸発器出口の圧
力変動を示す図、第4図は冷媒回路の一例を示す
図、第5図は車輛用空調装置の一例を示す図、第
6図は従来の冷媒流量制御装置の一例を示す図で
ある。 1…管路部材、2,3,4…仕切壁、5…弁室
、6…ベローズ、7…作動棒、8…弁体。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 入口及び出口を備え、所定方向に延在する管
    路を仕切るようにして前記入口側に第1の流体通
    路を有する第1の仕切壁と前記出口側に第2の流
    体通路及び最小冷媒流量を確保するための通路を
    有する第2の仕切壁とを設けて、弁室を形成し該
    弁室に配置されて、一端が前記第1の仕切壁に取
    り付けられ、作動流体が封入された伸縮自在の熱
    伝導性のよい容器部と、該容器部の他端に取り付
    けられ、前記第2の流体通路を開閉する弁部材と
    、前記第2の仕切壁よりもさらに前記出口側に配
    設された絞り機構とを有し、前記容器部の外周を
    流れる冷媒の圧力及び温度による前記容器部の伸
    縮によつて前記第2の流体通路の開度を変えるよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする冷媒流量制御装置。 2 前記最小冷媒流量を確保するための通路とし
    て、前記第2の流体通路と並行して前記第2の仕
    切壁に通孔を穿設したことを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第1項記載の冷媒流量制御装置。 3 前記最小冷媒流量を確保するための通路とし
    て、前記第2の流体通路の内壁に軸方向で溝状の
    切欠きを設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第1項記載の冷媒流量制御装置。
