Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 発明の背唄 本発明は、レーザービームの助力で記入または標示でき
る身分証明書または同様の製品の製造用ＰＶＣフィルム
に関する。
欧州公開特許第０１３８１２１号明細書には、偽造防止
手段製作に用いられるフィルムの製造用塩化ビニル重合
体をベースとする調合物が開示されている。この調合物
は、耐衝撃性変性剤５％〜２０％のみでなく微粉砕形の
純セルロース０．５％〜２５％をも含有する。
しかしながら、この調合物には特に身分証明１１に対し
て欠点がある。なぜならば、セルロースは身分証明書の
吸水度を大いに増大させるからである。このような身分
証明書を水分または水にさらした場合には、この身分証
明書は曇り、しかももはや読み取りできない。
発明の概要 本発明の目的は、さきに開示されたフィルムの欠点を有
することなく、レーザービームににって十分に記入また
は標示できるように前２に略述された型のＰＶＣフィル
ムを開発することであった。
本発明がこの目的を達成する方法は、カーボンブラック
０．１ｇ〜２０ｇをＰＶＣ粉末各１００に９に加えるこ
とである。カーボンブラック０．６９をＰＶＣ粉末各１
００Ｋｇに加えることは、特にに有効な解決法であるこ
とが分かった。
このようなＰＶＣフィルムは、レーザービームによって
優秀に記入できる。このフィルムによって、比較的にり
明示された両図を生成することもできる。それにもかか
わらず、このフィルムは透明であり、しかも子の本来の
良好な性質を保持する。
本発明によって製造された身分証明書は、その上層とし
てカーボンブラック含量を有するＰＶＣフィルムを有し
、この−１一層は主として不透明層をもって裏打ちして
いる。
身分証明内をこの方法で！１１造する場合、必要な情報
は、レーザービームの助力で透明な上層に適用されるの
みである。不透明な第２＠にＪ：って、十分なコントラ
ストが得られる。

断面を表わす。
発明の葺細な記載 身分証明書１は３層からなり、」一層は、ＰｖＣ粉末１
００Ｋｇ当たりカーボンブラック０．６ｇを含有するＰ
ＶＣフィルム２である。３１沫、レーザービームの助力
で、このフィルム内につけられたマークである。このＰ
ＶＣフィルム２は白色ＰＶＣｖＪの中心層４によって裏
打ちされている。底面層は、さらに透明フィルム５から
なる。
しかしながら、中心層に紙または金属はくを使用するこ
ともできる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ポリ塩化ビニルフイルムが、ポリ塩化ビニル１０
    ０Ｋｇ当たり０．１ｇ〜２０ｇのカーボンブラツクを含
    有することを特徴とする、レーザービームの助力によつ
    て記入または標示できる、身分証明書製造用ポリ塩化ビ
    ニルフイルム。
  2. （２）フイルム形のポリ塩化ビニル１００Ｋｇ当たり０
    ．６ｇのカーボンブラツクが存在する、特許請求の範囲
    第１項に記載のポリ塩化ビニルフイルム。
  3. （３）カーボンブラツクを含有するポリ塩化ビニルフイ
    ルム（２）が、主として不透明層（４）によつて裏打ち
    された上層であるようにデザインされたことを特徴とす
    る、特許請求の範囲第１項または第２項に記載のポリ塩
    化ビニルフイルムを用いて製造された身分証明書。
