Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to mount a cavity block onto a mold main body with high positioning accuracy and at the same time to easily dismount the block from the body by a structure wherein a positioning mechanism by fitting a pin to a hole, one-action clamping mechanisms with a clamping piece and a rod and the like are provided. CONSTITUTION:A positioning mechanism is composed in protrudingly providing a pin 3 on a mold main body 1 and providing a hole 8, in which the pin 3 fits, on a cavity block 7 (also including a core block and a stamper block) in order to be able to mount and dismount the cavity block 7 at the accurate position on the mold main body 1. 2がロッド挿入孔9の中心線方向に移動可能に嵌着され
ている。クランプ片12と連結スリーブ10との間には
、クランプ片12を反金型本体1側に押圧し連結スリー
ブ10上の定位置に保持するバネ13が設けられている
。クランプ片12の先端部内側には、連結片押え部(摺
動面部)14と連結片逃がし部(傾斜面部)15とが連
設されている。そして全クランプ片12は、枠状の押し
板16によシ連結されている。

ロック7では、バネ13によシフランプ片12が連結ス
リーブ10上の定位置に保持されておシ、該クランプ片
12によシボール11は連結スリーブ10の内面側に突
出保持されている(第5図参照)。

きる。従って、スタンバブロックの自動交換装置に有効
に使用しうるものである。
