Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 射出成形機の金型を自動的に脱着させることは
射出成形機の金型交換時間を短縮することができ
るので、利用されている。金型自動脱着について
の発明考案は既に数多くされているが、従来の装
置においては金型を自動脱着させるために複数の
シリンダを金型を取り付ける台盤に固定し、シリ
ンダに挿嵌したピストンの先端に爪を設け、ピス
トンを往復動によつて金型を台盤に着脱してい
る。この装置においては通常金型を爪にて把持す
る位置が金型が小さくなつた場合には爪をシリン
ダより前方に出さなければならない。この場合爪
がシリンダより突出する距離が大きくなり金型を
把持する力が不安定となり好ましくない。本発明
はこのような欠点を解消するための装置であり、
次に図面に従つて説明する。1は射出成形機の型
締装置であり、2は土台に固定した型締シリンダ
であり、2aは型締シリンダ2の鍔部である。3
は固定盤であり、立設した4本のステー4のそれ
ぞれの端部にナツト5によつて固定されている。
6はステー4に沿つて移動可能な可動盤であり、
7は型締シリンダ2に挿嵌されたラムであり、先
端は可動盤6に固定されている。8は加熱筒であ
り、樹脂を可塑化し射出する。9は保持枠であ
り、固定盤3と可動盤6にそれぞれ金型を把持で
きる位置に複数箇固定させている。10は保持枠
9の枠内にて進退する金型脱着片であり、先端部
10aは楔状であり、固定側金型11と可動側金
型12の取付板11a,12aをそれぞれ固定盤
3と可動盤6に圧着させる。13は金型脱着用片
10に設けたシリンダであり、本実施例では1つ
の金型脱着片10に2つのシリンダを設けてい
る。14は該シリンダ13に挿嵌したピストンで
あり、ピストンロツド14aの端部は保持枠9の
後端梁9aにナツト15にて固定されている。1
6は固定盤3と可動盤6にそれぞれ設けたT字溝
であり、17は金型脱着片10の底部に固定した
T字ブラケツトであり、該T字ブラケツト17を
T字溝16に嵌合して金型脱着片10を移動させ
る。18は保持枠9の上部に固定した後退限リミ
ツトスイツチであり、19は前進限リミツトスイ
ツチであり、20は後退限リミツトスイツチ用カ
ムであり、21は前進限リミツトスイツチ用カム
である。次に作動について説明する。型締シリン
ダ2を駆動して可動盤6を下降させて金型を開
く。金型脱着片10に設けたシリンダ13の油孔
10cに油を注入し、金型脱着片10を後退させ
た状態にて金型を可動盤6上に載置させた後可動
盤6を上昇させ金型を固定盤3と可動盤6にて挾
んだ状態にし油孔10bに油を注入して金型脱着
片10を前進させ先端部10aを固定側取付板1
1aと可動側金型取付板12aに圧着させ、固定
側金型11と可動側金型12をそれぞれ固定盤3
と可動盤6固定させる。金型を取り出すときは可
動盤6を上昇させて金型を閉じ金型脱着片10を
後退させ該金型脱着片10の金型取付板11a,
12aの圧着を解く。本発明においては金型脱着
片10が前進し前進限リミツト19が励磁される
と金型脱着片10が金型を締着したことを示す信
号を発し、金型脱着片10が後退し後退限リミツ
トスイツチ18を励磁すると金型脱着片が後退し
たことを示す信号を発し、金型の固定盤3と可動
盤6への脱着を確認する。以上述べたように本発
明においては金型脱着片10がそれぞれ固定盤3
と可動盤6のT字溝16に嵌合しているので、前
進位置に拘らず金型を把持する力が変らず金型を
圧着することができる。

ブラケツトを固定し、可動盤と固定盤の表面に設
けたT字溝に該T字ブラケツトを嵌合し、該金型
脱着片のシリンダの油孔に選択的に油を供給又は
排出することにより金型脱着片によつて可動側金
型と固定側金型をそれぞれ固定盤と可動盤に脱着
させることを特長とする射出成形機の金型脱着装
置。
