グ内の駆動歯車を示す軸方向の破断部分区、第４図は該
ハウジング内の遊び歯車の破断部分図、第５，５Ａ図は
第２圧縮機ハウジングの部分断面図で、線Ａ−Ａで分離
されたもの、第６図は第３圧縮機ハウジングの羽根車軸
と半分の羽根車を示した断面図、第７図は羽根車を羽根
車軸に結合するための新規な配置を示す概略図である。 図ニオイて、１０はガス圧縮機ユニット、１４は歯車ハ
ウジング、１６，１８．２０はそれぞれ圧縮機ハウジン
グ、２２．２４は壁、２６は駆動歯車、２８は遊び歯車
、３０．３２は歯車装置、　　・５０は軸、５２は羽根
車、５４は翼材ディフューザ、６０は中空歯車軸、７６
は軸受装置をそれぞれ示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の別個の細長いガス圧縮機ハウジング１６゜１Ｂ、
    　　２０； 前記ハウジングの各々の内部の複数の継続的ガス圧縮段
    ５２．５４； 前記ハウジングの最初のもの１６にガスを導入する装置
    ４６； 前記ハウジングの最後のもの２０からガスを放出する装
    置； 継続的ガス圧縮のため前記ハウジングの各々間でガスを
    流通させる装置４８．４６’、４Ｂ’。 ４６“　； 前記段の各々がガス圧縮機羽根車５２と翼付きティフユ
    ーザ５４とからなること； 前記ハウジングの各々の内部に閉じ込められかつ前記羽
    根車を回転自在に支持する軸５０；平行な離間した壁２
    ２．２４を有しかつ前記圧縮機ハウジングと一体をなす
    歯車ハウジング１４； 前記軸の各々と前記歯車ハウジングの壁２４との間に配
    置されかつ前記軸を回転自在に支持する軸受装置７６； からなる遠心ガス圧縮機ユニット１０において、前記圧
    縮機ハウジングは前記歯車ハウジングの壁の１つ２２か
    ら平行軸線をなしてかつ前記壁２２に垂直に延在するこ
    と； 前記各軸５０は前記両壁２２．２４を通って延在してお
    りかつそれと同心に係合した中空歯車軸６０を有してい
    ること； 前記歯車軸の各々は前記両壁の中間に歯車装置３０．３
    ２．３２’を担持すること； 前記両壁によってそれらの中間に回転自在に支・持され
    かつ前記歯車装置の複数のもの３２．３２′と駆動係合
    した遊び歯車２８； 前記両壁によってそれらの中間に回転自在に支持されか
    つ前記遊び歯車および前記歯車装置の少なくとも１つ３
    ０と駆動係合した駆動歯車２６；前記段および羽根車軸
    を前記圧縮機ハウジング内に保持するために前記圧縮機
    ハウジングに交換自在に結合された装置？８．　５８．
    　８１．　６０゜７０．７２゜ 前記段と羽根車軸は、前記保持装置を取り外した後、前
    記圧縮機バウシングからかつ前記歯車ハウジングから、
