に記憶内容を書き込んだ時との何れか早く発生した時を
検出して前記書き込み制御手段の書き込み指示を終了せ
しめる録音終了時検出手段と、該録音終了時検出手段の
出力発生時から所定時間を計時する計時手段と、該計時
手段による計時終了時から前記記憶手段の記憶内容を前
記書き込み指示がなされた最初のアドレスから順次読み
出し指示をする読み出し制御手段とを備えてなることを
