ータを読出し、D/A変換器でアナログデータへ
変換して出力する音声データ入出力装置において
、 入力モード時においてサンプルホールド回路の
サンプリング周期を指定する周期指定手段と、入
力モード時において前記に指定されたサンプリン
グ周期を識別するためのヘツダーを入力された音
声データに対応させて記憶手段へ書込むヘツダー
書込み手段と、出力モード時において読出される
音声データに対応するヘツダーを検出するヘツダ
ー検出手段と、入力モード時においてサンプルホ
ールド回路のサンプリング周期を周期指定手段に
より指定された周期に設定し、出力モード時にお
いてデータ読出し手段の読出し周期をヘツダー検
出手段が検出したヘツダーに対応する周期に設定
する周期制御手段を具備したことを特徴とする音
