DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing an artificial whole decorative veneer, and its purpose is to prevent the appearance of radial tissue cells of the raw material veneer on the surface of the obtained decorative veneer as much as possible. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an artificial all-over decorative veneer.

The cell structure of wood differs depending on the tree species, and conifers and hardwoods are sometimes distinguished by the presence or absence of vessels, the amount of radial fibers and fibrous cells, etc. Even in the production of artificial all-over decorative veneers with artificial wood grain patterns, if raw veneers corresponding to the desired wood species of the decorative veneer are not used, the resulting decorative veneers will have completely different wood grain patterns and wood surfaces. .

In other words, depending on the decorative veneer, the presence or absence of the radiation m range can greatly influence the appearance and commercial value of the decorative veneer. For example, if you are trying to reproduce the grain pattern of pine, which is also a coniferous tree, using an artificial wormhole using agathis veneer, which is a coniferous tree and belongs to the Cedar family, as a raw material veneer, the conditions such as the method of collecting the raw material veneer and the cutting direction, etc. As a result, the radial structure of agathis wood is almost invisible on the decorative veneer surface (#4), and it often has a different appearance from the grain of pine veneer.

Therefore, in the present invention, we have investigated a method in which even if raw wood with a large amount of radiant tissue is used, the shadow of the tissue will hardly appear on the surface of the artificial holiday decorative veneer, and the present invention has been completed. That is, the present invention is an artificial flitch in which a large number of raw material veneers are laminated and pressure-bonded between a pair of templates using an adhesive to form a 7-rich flitch, and the adhesive layer of the flitch is thinned so that it has a wood grain pattern. In the manufacturing method of insect-eye decorative veneer, when creating a decorative veneer with a grain pattern using a pair of uneven templates, use a raw material veneer with grain cut from raw wood or 7-rich wood, and use a pair of flat boards. When creating a decorative veneer with a straight-grained pattern using a template, use a veneer with grain cut from raw wood or 7-rich wood as the raw material veneer, and angle it at an angle of 0 to 45 degrees with respect to the adhesive layer. A veneer that is thinly sliced with a square grain or straight-grained from raw wood or flitch is used as the raw material veneer, and thinly sliced with a square grain in the range of 45 to 90% for the adhesive layer. Relates to the manufacturing method of decorative veneer for the Irien Festival.

Figure 1 shows a 7-layer veneer lamination method using a pair of uneven board plates to obtain a decorative veneer with a grain pattern, and Figure 2 shows a straight-grain pattern using a pair of flat board templates. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a laminated flitch for obtaining a patterned decorative veneer. First, the raw material veneer (1) used in the present invention was obtained from a resin that has no wood grain or is hardly noticeable. Since veneer is preferable, it is possible to obtain a veneer with a large diameter that is inexpensive and has few specific defects.
It is generally obtained from f#u or African wood, and the thickness is 0.2 to 2.0■, I! It is 4 degrees. In addition, the veneer (1

Next, the raw material veneer (1) is bonded to a large number of 50 to 300 sheets using an adhesive that hardens at room temperature, such as urea resin, vinyl acetate, or polyurethane resin or EBOKI 7 resin. Create a veneer laminated flitch (8) by laminating and press-bonding between a pair of boards. It is also a good idea to add contact agent and color it in the desired color.A pair of plates? The procedure for thinning the flitch (8) is to first determine the position of the material so that the adhesive layer of the flitch (8) will have the desired wood grain pattern, then prepare the material as soon as possible, and then cut the surface of the material as shown in Figure 6. Generally, one root is sliced thinly with a cutter (9) such as a slicer. Therefore, in the present invention, first, a pair of uneven mold plates + 4)
When creating a decorative veneer with a grain pattern using +51, JJl with grain cut from raw wood (2) or flitch (3)
, The reason why material veneer (1) is used is that, as shown in Figure 8g5, in the straight-grained veneer, many radial composite fibers OI of the wood composition width @Narukami wood appear on the surface of the veneer in a large area. However, as can be seen in Figures 3 and 4, the veneer with the grain pattern does not appear in the direction of the veneer, and even if it does appear, the area is small, so the grain pattern of the wood is Even if you create an artificial all-white decorative veneer using a pressed raw material veneer (1) and press it with a pair of uneven mold plates +41, +5), the raw material veneer (11

Next, when creating a decorative veneer with a straight-grain pattern using a pair of flat templates (6) and (71), the raw wood veneer is prepared by cutting out the grain from raw wood (2) or 7-rich wood (3). (1), and as shown in Figure 7, thinly shave the adhesive layer of 7 rich (8) at an angle (0) in the range of 0 to 45 degrees, or log (2) or flitch ( A straight-grained veneer from 3) was used as the raw material veneer (1), and the angle (θ) was in the range of 45 to 90 degrees with respect to the 7-rich adhesive layer (8) as shown in Figure 8. The reason for thinning is the same as when cutting the grain of a raw material veneer.2) The thinning angle (θ) for the adhesive layer of Refrich (8) is limited to the range H of 0 to 45. This is because if thinning is performed at an angle of 45 degrees or more, the radiation tissue a1 built into the raw material veneer (1) will appear on the artificial heathered decorative veneer case. Log (2)
) or 7-rich (3) to use a straight-grained veneer as the raw material veneer (1), many α values in the radiation range of wood appear on the surface of the raw material veneer (1), 7 rich (8) and then apply 45 to 901 to the adhesive layer.
When thinned at an angle (θ) in the range of f, the cut surface of the raw material veneer (11) will appear on the artificial all-white decorative veneer, and as a result, the raw material veneer + 11 radiation III fibers o1 will be the veneer. In other words, the radiation structure of the wood is made as thin as possible so that it does not appear on the surface when making raw material veneers, and it is kept in a thin state even when making artificial heathered decorative veneers. The radiation structure that appears on the surface of the raw veneer should be thinly shaved at an angle so that it will not be affected by the surface of the decorative veneer (during the production of artificially grained veneer).
