[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Object of the Invention] It is an object of the present invention to skillfully express the perforations found in a laminated decorative veneer, for example, in a frame.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, it has become common to manufacture laminated decorative veneers by making full use of veneer lamination technology. There are various types of natural heather that can be expressed using laminated decorative veneers, but the patterns of tree species with three-dimensional concentrated pores, such as oak and bee wood, are difficult to express and have not yet reached the level of practical application. It is difficult to say that this has been achieved.

As a conventional attempt, a veneer with many voids was used as a veneer to express the concentrated vessel, and a normal veneer was used as the veneer to express the non-porous ring. There was a method of making rice by stacking them with a layer in between, pressing them with a template, and then slicing them. However, with this method, the void that represents the vessel is filled with adhesive, so there is no concave part that represents the vessel in some of the holes in the sliced laminated decorative veneer, and it becomes flat. Oops. Therefore, when wiping was applied, there was no part where the pigment could be buried, and as a result, the pigment was wiped off, resulting in the perforation area not being colored and becoming unclear, resulting in a lack of natural appearance.

In the present invention, raw veneers are laminated with a water-soluble adhesive interposed and pressed and integrated to form a primary flitch, and then the primary flitch is sliced to form a primary veneer. A secondary flitch is made by laminating only the board or by laminating and integrating the primary veneer and the raw material veneer with an adhesive interposed, and after slicing the secondary flitch, the water-soluble adhesive is leached and removed for decoration. It is characterized by being made of veneer. This will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.
