Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はテープリール特にビデオカセット用テープリー
ルに関するものである。
従来のビデオカセット用テープリールは第１図に示すよ
うにいずれも合成樹脂からなる・・ブ２を有する下リー
ル１と上リール３とからなっている。
そして下リール１のハブ２には複数の突起２ａを設け、
上り−ル３には突起２ａに夫々対応する位置に孔３ａを
形威し、下リールの突起２ａを上リールの孔３ａに挿入
するように上下両リールを組合わせ、突起の先端部を超
音波溶着等にて固定するのが普通であった。
このような従来のリールにおいては、溶着等の工程が必
要である上に、この溶着の際にリールが変形し下リール
１と上リール３の平行度が崩れ易いと云う欠点を有して
いた。
ビデオカセット用テープリールはオーデオカセット用テ
ープリールとは違って、幅広のテープが使用される上に
録再機構の特殊性から、上下両リールの平行度のくずれ
が、良い再生画像を得るのに致命的な欠陥となる。
本考案は以上のような従来のリールの欠点を除去するた
めになされたもので溶着等の手段を用いることなしに上
下両リールを極めて高い精度の平行度を以て簡単に固定
し得るようにしたテープリールを提供するものである。
以下図示した実施例に基づき本考案の具体的内容を説明
する。
第２図は本考案リールの上下両リールを組合わせる前の
断面図であって、１１は比較的広い面積の扁平な頂面１
２ａを有する・・ブ１２を有する下リール、１３は頂面
１２ａに整合して均一に面接触し得る扁平な面１３ａを
有する上リールである。
この下リール１１のハブ１２にはその先端に類１４ａ′
付きの頭部１４ａと該頭部の頂面より垂直に切り込まれ
た割り溝１４ｂとを有する爪１４を複数個設けである。
他方上り−ル１３には第３図に示すような形状、つまり
符号１５ａで示す一端部を爪の頭部の径より若干大径と
なし又１５ｂで示す他端部をフック部１５ｂ′を設ける
ことにより爪の頭部の径より急激に小径にした円弧状の
長孔１５が形成しである。
又この長孔１５の部分の肉厚は第４図に示すように１５
ａの部分が薄肉で、１５ｂの部分が少なくとも爪１４の
顎１４ａ′までの高さに相当する厚さになるように、１
５ａの部分から１５ｂの部分に向って徐々に厚くなって
いる。
このような構造のリールを組合わせる場合、上リール１
３の夫々の長孔の１５８の部分に下り−ルのハブに設け
た夫々の爪１４を挿入し回動する。
これによって夫々の爪１４は長孔１５の小径部分１５ｂ
に向けて移動して、フック部１５ｂ′を越えて他端部１
５ｂ内へ嵌合し、長孔にて挾み込まれる。
この時割溝１４ｂが狭められることによって生じた弾力
が長孔１５の内壁を押す方向に作用するので、長孔１５
と爪１４との嵌合は強固になる。
これと同時に爪１４は１５ａの肉薄部分から１５ｂの肉
厚部分に移動することになるので、ノ・プ１２の頂面１
２ａと爪１４の頭部１４ａとによって上リールを挾みつ
けることになる。
この際ノ・ブ１２の頂面１２ａと上リール１３の面１３
ｂとは広い面積で接触する。
従って上リールと下り−ルとは強く而も極めて安定に固
定される。
尚両リールを固定した時に爪１４の頭部１４ａが上リー
ルの外側の面から出るのをさけるためには、図示するよ
うに上リール１３に凹部１３ａを設ければ良い。
以上説明したように本考案リールは下リールの爪を上リ
ールの長孔に挿入してまわすのみの簡単な方法にて両リ
ールを強固に固定することが出来る。
従って溶着等の工程は必要なくリールの変形の恐れもな
い。
又、上り−ルとハブとは比較的広い面積で面接触し得る
ように構成されているから、たとえ複数の爪及び長孔の
寸法精度に多少のばら付きがあっても、上下両リールの
平行度は極めて高精度に保持され得る。

第１図は従来のテープリールの断面図、第２図は本考案
のテープリールの断面図、第３図は本考案リールのうち
の上リールの一部の平面図、第４図は第３図におけるＶ
Ｉ−ＶＩ線断面図である。 １１・・・下リール、１２・・・ハブ、１３・・・上リ
ール、１４・・・爪、１５・・・長孔。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ハブを設けた下リールと、下り−ルと組合せ固定される
    べき上り−ルとを有するテープリールにおいて、下リー
    ルのハブの上リールと接する比較的広い面積を有する扁
    平な面に顎付き頭部と該頭部の頂面より垂直に切り込ま
    れた割り溝とを有する爪を複数個突設し、上リールの上
    記水に夫々対応する位置に一端部が上記頭部より若干大
    径に他端部が上記頭部より急激に小径になっていて該他
    端部の肉厚が少なくとも上記水の顎までの高さに相当す
    る厚さを有するように上記一端部から他端部に向って徐
    々に肉厚が増大している円弧状の長孔を形成し、上記水
    を上記長孔の各一端部に夫々挿入し、上下両リールのう
    ち一方のリールを他方のリールに対し回動して上記水を
    上記長孔の各他端部に進入せしめることによって上下両
    リールを固定するようにしたテープリール。
