CONSTITUTION:A copying machine is controlled using plural microcomputer, and memory for driving addition in order to input and set desired number of copy by a key 41 for displaying it on a display unit 46 and to give the remaining number of copies under copying to a display unit 47 is built in a microcomputer MCOMA, and for timing data necessary for sequence control such as charge and exposure needed for copying work and temporary storage is built in the other computer MCOMB, and an exchange of data between the MCOMA and the MCOMB is carried out with serial transfer by a shift resister function through an input port SI, output port SO and a port SCK for I/O of clock pulse for shift.
