Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve rigidity and transport capability at the time of installation of a solar heat collector, by a method wherein a drawing-formed body in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, having a space inside and not having a wall surface on one side, is fixed between two parallel channel frames, and a bottom plate is fitted to the bottom of a drawing-formed body and a solar rays transmitting body to the upper surface.
CONSTITUTION: The drawing-formed body 21 in the shape of rectangular parallelpiped, divided into two, is fitted and fixed to two channel frames 22a and 22b, arranged in parallel, and a heat collector 5 is installed to the body 21. The steps 21c and 22c are formed respectively on the bottom plate fitting surface 20c of a channel frame 22 and a drawing-formed body 21, and a bottom plate 24 is fitted to these steps. Further, a solar rays penetrating body 28 is installed to the upper surface of a body 21, and the space between a packing fitting surface 20b and a penetrating body 28 is sealed by a packing 26 of H-shape. With such a structure, rigidity of a cabinet 20, rain water proof ability and transport capability at the time of installation are respectively improved.
