Abstract

The alloyed galvanized steel plate 6 treated in an alloy furnace 5 is chemically treated by a chemical treating device using phosphate, chromate etc. Aqueous solution of acrylic acid polymer is coated on the alloyed galvanized plate 6 thus obtained by a spray 9. Excess solution is squeezed by a squeezing roll 10, and the solution is immediately dried and solidified by a dryer 11. Then, the plate is treated with rust preventing oil and coiled on the coil holder 1 as a product.
