CONSTITUTION: An earth circuit of an oacillation circuit portion that consists of a vibrator 1, a transistor Tr1, capacitors C1WC4, a coil L and resisters R1WR3 is cut and a resister R4 is interposes between the earth circuit and the earth. By a voltage between the R4 and the earth, when a vibrator 1 is out of contact with liquid, the second oscillation voltage is detected and the operation of the oscillation circuit is suspended, that is, an SCR 4 is arranged which can be turned on by the second frequency voltage through C6, C8, R5 to R7, D1 and D2 and whose anode is connected with a base of a Tr2.
