Abstract

PURPOSE:To visually check the relation between an electrode and a work by enlarging a faint locus of displacement and indicating bidimensional motions on an X-Y plane on an indicating device such as a cathode-ray tube. CONSTITUTION:A relative displacement of an electrode 1 and a work 2 is taken out as two-phase output by optical encoder detectors 9X, 9Y each of which is mounted on an X axis or a Y axis and converted into pulse output in a negative direction. The pulse is counted at reversible counters 11X, 11Y and memorized. These actual values are converted into analog values by D/A converters 12X, 12Y and indicated on a cathode-ray tube as X, Y coordinates through amplifying circuits 14, 15.
