Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent fluctuations of detection characteristics stopping neither a charging nor discharging current from flowing the capacitance of the negative feedback network of a control amplifier and capacitances of a smoothing circuit even if a reference voltage from a reference voltage generator fluctuates. CONSTITUTION:Parts in an IC shown by the broken line are constituted in a monolithic semiconductor integrated circuit. One-side terminals of capacitances C8 and C9 of a smoothing circuit 15b are connected to no.4 and applied with a DC reference voltage VREF generated by a reference voltage generator 22. The other terminal of the capacitance C7 of the negative feedback network 26 of a control amplfier 14 and that of a resistance R103 are connected to the terminal no.4 similarly applied with the reference voltage VREF. Even if the reference voltage VREF fluctuates, neither a charging nor discharging current flows to capacitances C6 and C7 of the network 26 and those C8 and C9 of the circuit 15b, so that undesired fluctuations of detection characteristics can be prevented.
